This is really good to know. But seriously most of thes questions suck in interviews. Its a dog and pony show. Like the what do see yourself doing in 5 years. Who knows what they will be doing, or if they will even be alive in 5 years? If i was interviewing i would want real answers, not the lip service, but thats how it goes.

This is a pretty good list considering I`ve hired and not hired using answers to these kinds of questions. Not everyone is going to word the questions like this. Of course, you should be honest as possible in interviews, don`t waste people`s time who are looking for long term workers. Of course if it`s somewhere with a constant turnover then you should learn this verbatim.

This is actually the most useful thing I`ve found on IAB. I might use some of these techniques in my medical school interview coming up.

I never had to pass one of those interview my whole life. Everytime I had a job opportunity they came seeking for me not the other way around.

I dont know why so many people think they`re going to be successful at life by being a suckup.

The main trouble is that you "people taking those interview seriously" are wasting time and efforts on learning how to get to learn a job instead of learning how to perform the task itself.

Here`s a hint, they`re going to take the cute blonde with big breasts.

The person who wrote that has very likely never been to many interviews -- and certainly has never *given* any.

Answering the "what are some of your weaknesses" question by touting your strengths or giving some BS answer like, "Sometimes I`m too devoted to my work" won`t fly at any worthwhile company. You`ll just get asked the question again, and your BS answer will just serve as a negative in the interviewer`s mind.

Nobody is good at "everything" in any field they`re applying for. Instead of BS`ing your way through the interview, be honest and straightforward. That`s how you score points.

Hah. Working for the Man is evil. Running a website is a much better line of work.

Once Democrats get into power in `08 I hope they add to the list of "illegal" questions- pretty much every one of those questions on that list.

Socialism may be inefficient and lack a "free" market but at least everyone has a job.

Thanks a lot! With my laziness, I don`t have any previous experience, so this will give me a starting boost once I decide to stop being lazy.
