If I were desperate enough and didn`t have ANYTHING at all to do, I`d probably give it a go.

Sadly, I have a life.
I`m sure what he did was real.
Those of you who spend the live long day trying to "attempt" to prove it... I have nothing to say to you.

That guy looks exactly like the teacher I had for World History 2 years ago.

Now do it with a human :-D!!!!

That is definately one science experiment you do NOT want to be a volunteer for!

"Now just step into that tank of water of the bunsen burner for ten minutes. Then when I say go, quickly jump into the pool of ice water"

....GO!

*splash*
*crunch*
*splat*

Wee! Now do it with a glass cup!

Man...everyone`s all like "dur, ay lernt dis sneven yeers ayo, hyuk hyuk" You`re on a site called I-Am-bored. Old or not, you`re obviously bored enough to be watching this crap!
I remember when I first saw this done. It was fun and I loved it. Still enjoy seeing things get crushed. :D

Oh come on, anyone who has had science class, specifically chemistry, has seen this experiment done numerous times. How is this new to anyone over the age of 10?

Air pressure is awesome.

especially when you inflate marshmallows with it

Lol modifedcar... didn`t you just, you know, do exactly what you said you WEREN`T going to do?

But yeah, even though I did this in the fifth grade (just before dissecting the cow`s eye, yum!), I still thought it was pretty cool.

The guy`s no Bill Nye, but at least the experiment he did was real!

oh for fu*k sake ppl stop saying how old it is "omg i like totaly did this 5 years ago omg" nobodys cares and the title dosen`t say you HAVE to crush your cans like this.if you want to stamp on them fine you don`t knew to tell the whole fu*king world about it dumbass`.
i already knew about this.i already did it a few months ago and i still taught it was cool to watch and guess what?????????im not going to tell every fu*king body about it cus they already know.

I was thinking more along the lines of `beat the everliving crap out of the can with the bowl`. But that works too, I guess.

that`s why you never do stupid things by yourself.. so if it goes wrong you can blame them!!

pretty neat experiment though!

Wow, I literally just did this experiment 2 hours ago for Chemistry. Of course, I already knew the principles and such. Wonder why we would be reviewing that far back...

Not only old but also dumb... no surprise at all, something that is interestingish though is that 16ml of water will conver to roughly 24 litres of water vapour at standard pressure and temperature.

Yeah, don`t take offense at Jebler`s use of the word `retard`. After all, he`s mentally challenged himself, so he can make fun of retards.

I did this when i was 8 at my house with a milk jug though.

thats a lot of work to get a half-assed crushing of a can. take to stove and the water out and step on it. you get all the crushage and more with much less word and almost no chance of burns.

i guess that would help if you wanted to teach retarded 7 year olds how temperature affects volume.

if you take offense to the word retarded i use it cause its all around easier to use then autistic and with retarded you are not excluding the people with developmental disorders that are not autistic.
