On the other hand the photo does not look photoshopped, because of the complexity and the background.
What could be the case though, is that it is a stunt and the ladder has some sort of hook mechanism on top for holding the weight. as mentioned by an earlier poster.
I think your right, if you look closely you can see that the top of the latter curls slightly, hooking on to part of it. =D still, its a good workout xD good way to freak out people walking by
if the ladder has weight it changes this into a torque problem. Someone else can have the honor in writing that out

That is the force it would take to keep the man from falling with out the ladder. If we want to find the force with the ladder we break the force up.
The ladder is leaning at a 60-degree angle, and knowing the right angle ratio to the 30-60-90 right triangle, we know that the force need to hold the ladder with the man is, 668164 Newton (the force to keep the man up) divided by the square root of 3. That’s 385764,66 Newton or 39,36 kilos or 79.2 pounds. I really don`t know what it`s like to support 80 pounds all day, but I would think it is better than 150.
