Ive heard this about dogs in brittain, like for example, if your dog lives in liverpool, where they have high accents the dogs bark will be high. This is because they copy their owners or something.

I definitely recall reading something (perhaps in The Book of General Ignorance) that dogs of similar breeds tend to have regional accents. So it doesn`t surprise me to learn that cows would too.
