Not a very good history lesson because it`s way out of chronological order!
Oh rtm1137 what do you have against people older than you? They are much more intelligent then you.
xD THIS WAS THE FUNNIEST THING I`VE EVER SEEN
The video also only points out the switching of sides of Russia. I`ve already commented on how critical their involvement was.
Finally, if the USA was saving us from the dictator, why have we only just finished paying our debts that we had to take from the states to buy weapons off them to fend off our mutual foes.
"am i mistaken in thinking the us still had enuf ships to put up a fight after pearl harbor was attacked?"
The US did have a powerful navy after Pearl Harbor. The thing was that all the aircraft carriers were at sea during Pearl Harbor so the US quickly recovered from Pearl Harbor and later crushed the Japanese navy, effectively destroying all of the Japanese aircraft carriers in 1944. A large part of the Pacific war was air dominance though, and with aircraft carriers the US were able to support their navy with air power and defeat the Japanese, especially after their carrier fleet was destroyed.
We are a generation a million times more advanced than you are, get over that you primitive little c*ck.
I`ve done a lot of research on WWII history and I was surprised of now nicely it was created. It hardly touches some points, but most is correct.
Funny as hell though, although Patton dying at the end sucked, he`s a personal hero of mine. If he still would have been in the military, Korea and Vietnam would have been lightning quick American victories if Patton had command in those wars.
Also, we were fighting off the Axis pretty well on our own until the USA had to stop selling arms to both sides because of Pearl harbor.
Also, the Germans didn`t force any of the lands they invaded to speak German. Please don`t use that tired line.
u shoulda added "most" kids, cuz me and my friend are very interested about world war 2, and we are in 8th grade (but we hate world war 1 :P) anyways, dont make stereotypes, some kids are actually interested in history(even though im learning about it in english class.... o_o)
js_mac: you need a real history lesson. Find someone over 80 years old in the old country and ask them about the role the "yanks" had in WWII.
And mal_BB; this generation can watch the History Channel; but that means turning away from MTV, VH1, Nick at Nite, or whatever they`re currently watching.
i rarely laugh out loud at things on the internet but "dont be a commie. oops to late." got me. i laughed hard at that one. i missed about 3 things after that cause my mouse fell off the desk wile i was laughing so i couldnt pause it.
am i mistaken in thinking the us still had enuf ships to put up a fight after pearl harbor was attacked? its been a wile since my rotc day. we got in depth lectures on every encounter the us marines were involved in its entire history. ive forgotten most of the dates and i mix up ww1 and ww2 sometimes. i should read up on the subject...
Anyway ... mildly amusing ;)
Excuse me while I go reattach my balls, BECAUSE I JUST LAUGHED THEM OFF. No sh*t.
