Well, my question is...did they think they could get away with it and never have anyone actually look inside the punching bag! This is so strange. I wonder what the company that made the bags used as an excuse!

well, old underwear must be strong. i mean, think about it, it took 2 years for this to really surface. that means a good punching bag.

That is so utterly bizarre! Weird, weird, weird. I am going to have to inspect the bags at the gym. By that, I mean, just check the label. No way am I touching nasty skanky used underwear filled punching bags! lol

Actually it would make a difference. If anyone here has ever hittin a heavy bag, they should know that they weigh around 90-150 pounds, i highly doubt that the underwear in there could have weighed near that much. anywhoo how funny would that be to be in a gym hitting a bag when all of the sudden some used underwear flys out =P

It doesn`t even matter. People do more gross things without even knowing. Where, why, how and who collects used underwear anyway? And is used washed or unwashed? I can`t imagine people bringing in unwashed underwear at one of those places where they collect clothes lol

why is all of this information just being found out now when the date on the letter reads 2005? These bags were sold between 2004 and 2005 and we`re just hearing about it now?

I smell fake

you know, if you didn`t know it was in there, it really wouldn`t make a difference. i mean, it`s gross, but it`s functional and it`s not like you`re eating off your punching bag

One time in a can of green giant peas, i found a huge assed green beatle that was cooked along with the rest of the peas. I went for the frozen ones ever since.

Oblviously its the vendor fault. Costco wanted somthing cheap so it bought from an unknown vendor who stuffed it with underwear for the price savings. wtf

To a certain perverse segment of the population, owning a bag like that is the holy grail.

"Hey let`s raid a nursery and steal all their dirty underwear!" - a random Costco representative

I guess it would be funnier if the kids were still in the underwear *G*

Looks like they took an old laundry bag, tied it up, stuck the TKO logo and sold it for profit! GENIUS! My thing is, anyone who would use a punching bag, could tell the difference between a bag stuffed with sand (Is that what they use?) and a bag stuffed clothes.

If you look at their website it says "Countless hours are spent sourcing the finest materials, working with our factories to produce and maintain the highest level of quality, while laboring over the "little details" that make our products superior in today`s marketplace."

LMAO :]

I`d heard about the first one, but there were MORE?

Holy sh*t...

There are three high school kids laughing their asses off right now, and they just quit their jobs last week.

Only thing I can think is it may have actually come from a second-hand donation center. Maybe they bought a whole bunch of underwear for 50$ and sold the bag-full for 200.

What were they thinking?
Old underwear doesn`t belong into a punching bag!
It belongs to a second-hand clothing dontation!

I thought it was just some bizarre incident with the one they found earlier. I never would have guessed a company put out an entire line of underwear-filled bags.....Didn`t the first family say they thought some of the underwear was used?
