*There would have been no point in using Google to find the sources of the quotes, but since the list was complete, I Googled #66 just to confirm UnsoundMind`s guess. He was right.

That leaves 66... It looks like Gentlemen`s Agreement, but I don`t have that one in my collection, and didn`t care for it enough to watch it again. You`re on your own...I will try to verify the Magnificent Seven.
99 Laura77 The Apartment59 The Awful Truth34 Marty32 All About Eve10 Citizen Kane (and shame on you for not knowing that)9 Twelve Angry Men5 The Godfather (shame on you again)
Great list. I agree Fight Club (zero), Hitchikers Guide (42)should have been there.
i liked the number one.
I THINK IT`S FROM THE MOVIE BEN HUR WHEN THAT GENERAL MADE `41` ROW LIKE A BTCH...I THINK. CAN`T REMEMBER BUT I THINK IT`S THAT ONE.
LMAO AT LOTR--ONE RING,
BEST IS FROM BACK TO THE FUTURE. "WHEN THIS BABY HITS 88MPH.."
And while Hitchhikers would have been the obvious choice for 42 I`ll give the guy props for using Nemo since it`s not the obvious choice.
Was 83 The Magnificent Seven?
81: Galaxy Quest69: MASH41: Ben Hur36: Clerks1: Lord of the Rings
To which I`ll add 79: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.
But you said you recognized 52, mcsedad. Dish.
It`s from Ben Hur, onboard the slave galley. The prisoners have no names, just numbers. The man making the statement is the captain and he`s addressing it directly to Ben Hur. It`s a very powerful scene. Men were sent to the slave galleys to die. Most did in months. By the time this captain comes aboard, #41 (Ben Hur, Charlton Heston) has been in the galley for 2 years. It`s his hate that keeps him going.
If you`ve never seen the movie you really have to. It was made back in the day when Hollywood used to make real movies.
muahaha that was great, my thanks to whoever made this
Plus, why wasn`t 42 from The Hitchhiker`s Guide to the Galaxy. It IS the answer to the ultimate question.
On a long enough timeline the survival rate of everyone drops to zero.
is it really that easy?
And like i didnt see the LOTR as number 1, hahaha
Exactly what I was thinking..
`please dont sue me`i ilked that part.
