"Over 90 Million Calls since creation!
99044170 to be exact!"

Holy. Frikkin`. Crap. :-|
Most of those MUST be `subscribers` - or whatever they`re called - calling the fake number just to hear what it sounds like.

I used to have one of their numbers on my phone. I usually give them just a random number or my own, but don`t answer it... ever.

You see, I wish this would work in England, you get so many weirdos approaching you these days. The fake email address is also good, but I can see the advantages to giving a fake number than saying "No". For one thing, you can guarantee you won`t be stalked, cos the weirdo will be happy they at least got *a* number.

We have one like this in the UK, but when you ring it, it you leave a message at a radio station (Radio 1, yeh!) and then they play it out to the nation, it`s very funny.

I always thought people would notice the weird area code. I don`t think anybody uses this. There are so many fake hotlines around we just trade reject hotline numbers because they are all different.

I`ve kept this one on my cell for awhile now, just for fun.

If a girl asks for my number she either gets it or she doesn`t. No point in making a harsh "no" thru a fake phone number when she was just trying.

THEN JUST SAY ` NO YOU CAN`T HAVE MY NUMBER ` why must we lie about everything? sure you can have my number " it is 8675309 call me" just say not my type or anything but don`t lead on a person
