It is crazy how the prices of housing have changed so much over time. I mean look at new york real estate.

That`s a pretty original idea. I was impressed by that. I want someone to make one for england now though...

The graph they show on the last second, have to press pause to view, is kinda interesting...

Oh well, we can always consider a pretty darn cool drop to come circa Apocalypse, though we still have to wait 5 more years.

Hmm... that was Roller Coaster Tycoon?

I don`t recall the coasters reaching those heights before. Still, I agree with everyone, if it were RCT3; I wanted to ride the freefall afgter the shockingly high inflation, and anticipating an awesome finish.

Like everyone else, I was disappointed about the end for several reasons.

People, think about it. Every time the coaster went up, what happened? it went back down.
When it left off, it was at an all time peak. That means a massive downhill run.

There`s alot of money and industry behind housing. When that drop comes, it`s going to hurt, and bad.

When the bubble pops, our economy is going to take a big hit. Perhaps you should save some money and invest in gold bullion. It`s going to keep its value much better than the US dollar in the future.

I wonder why were the prices fluctuating so much to the point you can make a roller coaster out of it.

"It`s cool for my parents, though..."

Mine too...they bought this house for $108,000 in 1995 and now it`s worth between $280,0000 and $350,000. If it were to be sold now it would probably get around $280,000 easily...

It`s cool for my parents, though. They bought this house in 1992, almost at the bottom of that last dip. We bought it for $30,000, and now they`re telling us, that even though it`s way more messed up now and fifteen years older, we can sell it for $100,000 easy.

The world has turned into money hungry B.A.S.T.A.R.D.S. But that last drop would be amazing thanks to those B`s.

wow... I liked it a lot.

Lol I can totally see some company doing that for like the world fair or something.... Although getting a booth for getting off and getting back down at the end would be hard... But yeah, very, very creative...

that would be a horribly cost inefficient roller coaster to run

House prices today are bullsh*t. There`s a SMALL, ugly house being sold for over a million dollars nearby and it`s about as big as mine (which we got for two hundred thousand dollars).

At the beginning, I think the speed and those bunny hops were lethal. O_O
And that long climb at the end... wow. I guess that`s what happens when it starts getting crowded and overpopulated.

Yea, if I moved to the Philippines I would be considered a millionaire and could live in a mansion for 3dollars and 50 cents US a month. Although, Canada is closer.

This makes me sad. Did anyone actually stop to consider what this was showing you? The graph at the end showed it the best--honestly, the roller coaster idea was needless. House prices are SOARING in the United States. Can anyone say housing bubble?

Aaaw, come on, lets fall off the end, just to make it more entertaining.
It`s a good concept to show the rise and fall or house prices, was it?, anyway, cool.
