4 dollars and 50 cents came out, I don`t think that all four of those selections would be over 4.50, and it can`t be 5-10 cents less because it goes by 25`s and quarters is what came out.
I gave up after 20 years or so , and bought myself a tropical island lair , a`la Scaramanga .
I eventually sold my island retreat to that idiot who produces the "girls gone wild" movies , and now spend my time looking at crap like this on the internet.
USUALLY I BANG ON THEM FOR A WHILE THEN GIVE THEM A BADASS DRAGON KICK. THAT`S WHAT THEY GET FOR STEALING MY CHANGE.
Um, no you don`t. You see him try to pull the lever and slipping. Pay attention, the coin slot is on the other side frickin side of the machine.
"Why the f would a coke machine be programmed to spew the money out of the slot? For kicks? There is no practical function."
You know, I`ve heard there`s this magical thing some people do, called "testing machinery and computers." It sounds scary, I know. But some people actually do it.
I know because I`ve worked with drink machines. Why the crap would anybody have to program a machine using the drink buttons when they can just open it up?"
Because of the convenience. My school love to change the products in our snack machines all the time and so the prices are wrong usually 3 or 4 times a month. All we have to do it tell them and they hit the button displaying the price and if it doesn`t match the sticker they punch in a 4-6 digit code and change it.
I am talking about the ones with the letters and numbers. a for row and # for collum.
Now these pay phones area couple years old 5-10 and most have been replaced due to people finding out about this so finding one would be hard.
The code I was talking about does work. It is how stores program the price of the item in the machine.
Now as for using a code to drop out the box. It is possible but you would probably have to open it up and mod it. I am guessing it works like a phone booth phone thing. Forgot what they are called. Anyways there is a couple wires that do things on the phone. 2or 3 connect power, ground that stuff, one connects your call and one connects to a server type thing that tells the phone the call went through. When you enter change in the machine it will hold it in a tiny box that only holds like 5 or 6 dollars. Once the call goes through it drops it into a bigger tank that

It makes sense now....!
You have people who worked with vending machines telling you it works and why, you have me who has told you that they have found a code.
You guys are drating stupid.
4 3 2 1 1 2 3 1 1 CA-CHING $_$
.....well I hope so anyway....
but (this one works) if you press 4-2-3-1 you can see the menu thingy in it. you can check no. of sales and other misc. stuff. some machines left `unlocked` will let you change prices or the message (`enjoy an ice cold coke`, or whatever it is).
4321 123 11
Code is 4231. Yes, it works, I`ve done it at my old school and I read some diagnostics on the machine.
Random anecdote: my friend and I went to the machines and the guy who loads it or whatever was there, loading it. Then he went away. Then we tried to get some snacks, but it wouldn`t take our money, so we banged on the buttons and it malfuctioned or something and kept giving us free Bugles and Doritos. The loading guy came, so we quickly hid the bags behind us and under our shirts. My friend made up and excuse and told him it wasn`t giving us anything and he was like, "It`s not ready yet!" Ha. We walked off and feasted. Yay.
right knox its soo true (sarcasam)
There are different codes for each model. Pepsi machines usually have 6 numbered codes. Old coke machines usually have 4.
Me and my friends do this all the time down at the mall. We even got kicked out once for getting caught.
Just about every store owner or whatever will change the codes every so often. To keep that from happening. Even soda machines at schools get the codes changed now.
Unless you have the time to sit at a soda machine punching in random codes for a hour. Don`t try it, because each machine will probably have a different codes or number of code buttons.
the vid about how to get a free coke from those machines that have the conveyor belt in them works
but i believe this i don`t c y i wouldn`t work
k, thats my little rant. **waits for someone to snap back**
Of course the vendors, the juke-box companies, the phone companies, the cable company, the auto manufacturers don`t want you to know.
Like your car: It has a diagnostic function in it`s computer. Your dealer charges $100 to hook their computer to your car to see what`s wrong. The neighborhood shop charges about $50 for the same. Advance auto sells a device for around $40 to do that. However, if you follow the ignition-key sequence for your car make in the Haynes or Chilton`s manual, your dashboard will blink out the same code for free with the Check Engine light. Why would Ford, Chevy, Honda do that when they could make $100 a pop? So their mechanics can read the code out on the road.
I worked for a vendor for 2 years. The other posts were right: 4321 is the security code. 12311 is a function to test. There are other functions, too. You can have it spit out any of the cans or bottles the machine vends. This helps troubleshoot. I`m glad you all think it`s baloney, because you wouldn`t be taking money from Coke, you`d be taking money from the vendors. Stealing twinkies from 7-11 doesn`t hurt Hostess, because 7-11 has to pay for the Twinkie, regardless. Same thing.
2)roodboi - because ALL the money comes out
3)i doubt it does work anyway
Sorry, couldn`t resist. Would this sorta thing work in every country? Actually, most of you are saying it doesn`t work so I suppose not.
if the drink costs $2 and i insert $1.95no drinks will come out obviosuly and $1.95 will come out
It works-you just have to figure out what the code is-and the code is always a combo of the first 4 buttons. I know one code for a soda machine in my dorm-the only problem is you have to sit there and press all the combinations to figure out what it is.
So to all the people saying it`s fake-you are wrong. It does work, just not on all models, and you have to know the combo.
rigged is my guess.
But in the end he pushed it all the way down
Wacth the beginning, he presses it aload of times showing us nothing happens. BUT, he holds it down after typeing in the code.
The machine was fitted to only release moey when holded down. (Or something like that)
