If you only recognize this from Futurama, then I suggest you Google "Big Brother, 1984 commercial".

But I enjoyed this. Sort of an inside joke, but that`s the fun.

Vote for somebody who cares and will do something about it. VOTE CLINTON 2008 not some cheap crap who things up these dumb ways to slander with everything you do and say. VOTE CLINTON 2008

If this were the End Times, I would so totally peg Barack Obama as the Anti-Christ. He fits the qualifications to a T. He charming, good-looking (I`m not saying this, but other people are), and the list goes on. He has every one fooled. I don`t for one minute believe that he will be a good president and neither will Hillary. There is just something about the two of them that rubs me the wrong way. They talk alot of talk, but they don`t seem to have the ability to back it up in their current positions as senators. My gosh also, he is a JUNIOR senator, he just got elected recently, what the h*ll does he know exactly about running a country? It reminds me of the phrase,"Look before you leap". He should learn more before even attempting to run a country. This is just my opinion.

and it was good.
and i totally agreed with that other chick who mentioned she was only running because she knows she`ll get elected because she knows that they are millions of tards in this country who`ll vote her in just cause she`s female and they believe that women are superior and it`s high time for a woman president, despite the fact that she`s a total idiot. Because that doesn`t matter because she`s femmale and women are better in every aspect and they should do anything to further to feminist cause.

AKA, she`s doing it CAUSE SHE CAN. Not cause she thinks she`ll be good. What`s better than controlling the most powerful country in the world AND getting paid more than "stupidgas" will ever make in her pathetic, oblivious little life.

Politics are gay. Those who follow them are gay. Bush is gay and Clinton is gay and Obama is gay and Edwards is gay and pretty much whoever thinks that they are qualified to RUN A FREAKING COUNTRY is gay. How did this sh*t ever happen anyway? Some conceited f*ck suggested it to a crew of overzealous fanboys of his in some minute f*cking insignificant part of some gay place like europe sometime in the past? And then we go and limit the amount of people that we can choose from by going along with this whole `party` system. I don`t know about you people but I don`t like that our leaders are chosen through a gang mentality.

this was cool.

hillary is horrible i hate her so much shes just as bad as bush. If I were Bill I would divorce hillary because she is a cunnt!

The north of Iraq is stable because the Kurds make an effort at it and things are cool there. Everywhere else there are terrorists and militias linked to Iran. We can`t stop these people except for doing measures that we aren`t prepared to do, such as police-stating them or killing them en masse. We can`t do either and the iraqis can`t and won`t either so we should leave Iraq and Kurdistan to their own fate.

Meh. I thought it was funny even though I don`t care about whoever runs for President. *has given up on politics* What I DON`T want to see, though, is people voting for Hilary JUST BECAUSE she`s female. I don`t think the need to have a female president for once trumps the need for a good leader. I`ve heard a lot of my peers use the fact that she`s female (and only that fact) for the reason they would vote for her. It`s sad.

Well, Obama just lost some credit in my eyes. I don`t like the implication that the competition will be evil, brainwash the country, etc. I think political ads are out of hand these days. They`re so disgustingly negative and hostile.

Joe Biden? *yawn*

Troops are ill-equipped? You know what would help that? If protest groups wouldn`t attempt to block shipments of supplies (including medical supplies that save our troops` lives), then maybe they wouldn`t be "ill-equipped".

The Dems demand a plan, but the funny thing is, they have no plan (except surrender, which isn`t a "plan" but a strategy for failure). I say we finish what we started by getting Iraq on its feet and THEN we can talk about leaving.

Quit living in the past. No WMDs isn`t a valid arguement for leaving Iraq in the current state it is in.

There are disclosure laws for political ads.
"...and i approve this message" did not appear,
ergo NOT an (official) obama ad.

Male 1,882
As far as I believe when it comes to Hillary and Obama is that it seems the Dems are trying to make a big deal out of race or sex. I don`t want a "first" President just because he/she is the "first" whatever. I don`t care. Sure, it would be a good thing for a minority to get elected, it shows progress in a country that has struggled to overcome those barriers, but the fact that we make a big deal out of it is stupid.

This isn`t some civil rights movement, this is a job as head honcho of the USA. Race and sex shouldn`t be a focal point, it is whether or not you can do the damn job that counts.

It doesn`t matter either way. Most people in general hate Hillary, so Obama is probably your closest bet.

Agreed but i also would rather have the first black president than a female i mean could you see a female president trying to run a war she would do as well of a job as bush is

Yeah, this obviously isn`t a commercial backed by Obama or his campaign workers; if it were one, they`d make it known by stating that the ad was paid for by a committee to elect Obama. And this ad was annoying in its original form and is even more annoying (and stupid) now. I`m not a Hilary fan, but she definitely won`t plunge the American people into a world akin to "1984".

Jeezo peezo, why is this party tearing itself into pieces? You don`t see the Reps doing an ad with McCain`s face on the screen... This is why the Reps will win again, much to my dismay. But seriously, they shouldn`t have made the whole Clinton-Big Sister reference. It was pointless, as any reasonable person would see the obvious hyperbole. The closest we`ve come to Big Brother is Mr. Bush`s administration, and I was truthfully hoping to see HIS face up there on the screen, quoting things about why we`re in Iraq, but I guess not even Obama is brave enough challenge the status quo and actually be a David Palmer (sorry, had to use the 24 reference). I`m glad the little sound-byte isn`t at the end of it, proving to me that Obama is unreasonable. Maybe he did sponsor this ad, but I`m going to take comfort in the "maybe he didn`t" possibility, and attribute this negativity to the Reps, who are actually good at beating the Dems by divide-and-conquer tactics. Damn dirty ape (meaning
