I can`t help but be annoyed by this whole situation. On one hand the governing powers are ignorant and over reacted to something that a lot of people think shouldn`t have been such a big deal because the things looked too innocent to be bombs.

But on the other hand, if these WERE bombs and thousands of people died a few weeks ago because these things went so unnnoticed, I think the same people that think they overreacted would be saying they should have suspected something just because these things looked so innocent.

Either way, we`re screwed if the terrorists figure out that they just have to dress up like master shake to get their bombs past officials with no concern.

"Mooninite Lite-Brites in place, and the city of Boston...didn`t believe them?!!?!
*BOOM* Oh great. My head just exploded all over my monitor." Well people do gimicks with companies products all the time sometimes the companies take credit without being involved, but yes they are retarded.

Also again why would a terrorist place the bombs with lights on them? they would just hide them and blow them up.

You`re getting into psychological warfware here where now terrorists will make their bombs VERY obvious by concealing them as giant bananas, but you`re a moron and missing the fact that it`s still more effective to hide them because NOBODY will notice.

Somebody said that lots of cities overreacted like this, mentioning Seattle in particular. Actually, it was just Boston that freaked out. Here`s an article that mentions this: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16931200/pag...

`In the Seattle area, authorities thought the devices were “obviously not suspicious.”

“In this day and age, whenever anything remotely suspicious shows up, people get concerned — and that’s good,” King County sheriff’s Sgt. John Urquhart said. “However, people don’t need to be concerned about this. These are cartoon characters giving the finger.”`

Just had to defend Seattle...people have been making fun of it lately, people don`t need to start in on it when they actually did something right.

I dont think i was an overeaction. keep in mind that these things were placed on bridges and major structures. i imagine that nobody could tell what they were until they were examined up close. I would be very angry if i was a cop dealing with that. its not a laughing matter. and the guys in this video making fun of it all are dumbasses.

If everyone was this stupid, America would be even worse than it is. Major overreaction for Boston.

*sigh* I live in Massachusetts where Boston is but not in Boston. Still, I can`t help feeling a little ashamed just to be in the same state as these guyz.
"I would be very angry if i was a cop dealing with that. its not a laughing matter. and the guys in this video making fun of it all are dumbasses."
Wait, WHO ARE THE DUMBASSES? I live in MA and even I can agree that Boston was being dumb. And as for it not being a laughing matter, ATTAIN A SENSE OF HUMOR. If you can`t find humor lite-brite Mooninite`s being delicately strung across a cable and blown up because of the "obvious" dangers a cartoon character holding up the middle-finger can cause, then chances are I dont care for you much as a person.
In case you are still confused with what was funny about this clip, let me show you what you should have laughed at
"Me, I don`t get that `wierd` surreal cartoon stuff ha. Just give me normal wholesome cartoons like...spongebob squarepants?" XD HAH

Okay sure I can understand that the town and everybody freaked out when they saw the first one. But I mean......once you pull it out and see that its an effing cartoon character flipping you off.......maybe it`s time to call off the bomb squads for god`s sake.

yeah whatever "PayN8tention" "male aged 13-17" what the f**k do you expect the cops to do? leave the things there? then what if they actually were devices? by your logic any would-be bomber could simply decorate a bomb with cartoon characters and it would be left there. of course they will remove them. and that costs time and money. it wasnt an overreaction, it was a precaution. im guessing youre a junior in high school and dont even PAY the taxes that pay for cops. Boston residents should be annoyed, but with the cartoon company. not the cops who protect them. maybe youll get it when you grow a pair and pay taxes. until then, stick to your warhammer bud.

    Who`s Zebros?

What`s Aqua Teen hunger force... why did they placed ominous devices on bridges and buildings?

For those who say that it was not ominous because there was little lights on the box you are retarded ( Just wanted you to know ).

When you start a marketing campaign you need a team and proper advertising contract with the people who hold rights to the spots where you have the right to put ads for a product or service. Obviously those morons who created that show that never really captured my attention ( Maybe I should have payed attention but the absurd of a talking milkshake and burger just made me felt bad about the creators of the show ).

They need to go back to school and learn about modern society.

Lol, you guys are all missing the best part here...

and for people like Groogle, its called Guerilla marketing, you should google it.

They had mooninites in NINE MAJOR CITIES FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS, NINE MAJOR CITIES INCLUDING L.A.

Did people start pooting their pants in L.A? Did people start pooting their pants in any of the other 7 cities? NO ... hmmm... think about that for a second.
