legion5 has a point, it is realy just a jazzed up helicopter htta hasnt quite learned how to fly

but some day it will

and also these two dude are posibly aliens pretending to be humans to give us their technology, although real alien space ships use gravity to their advantage. they sent out beams to where they want to gop and the gravity becomes less in this place so they get "sucked" there. this is why when you see small clips of UFO`s and they are flying in a crazy manner, it is because the earths gravity is distirting the ufo`s gravity beam.

that is all

There is a fine line between dedication and unhealthy obsession. He`s all happy now, but when he dies, the last thoughts through is head are gonna be "Shît, I just wasted my entire life on something I knew nothing about, didn`t I?" And for that, I pity him.

"what i hope, is that america, and the world...specifically michigan..." :D YES!

seriously, if they ever, like, in five thousand years, figure out anti-gravity propulsion, then this guy is gonna have a statue!

Yea great!, now all he needs is a working antigravity unit, I guess he will just go pick one up at the local uninvented store. Then when they invent one they can ignore his ship and build one that would work (and that you wouldnt look like an ass driving).

He should`ve spent the $60,000 getting a degree in aeronautics/propulsion, then used said degree to get a job to support his saucer project. But whatev.

If a man can walk on the moon, I`m sure making a flying saucer is possible.

This is why the world is such a bad place. If someone is different, thinks differently, or has an idea that`s different people have mean or negative comments towards them. Why can`t everybody who sees this just think "Hey, maybe this will work. It will be interesting to see." This goes out to you "maroons" that say it`s stupid: do you know anymore about this sort of thing than him? If so, prove to us that it won`t work. Then, maybe I`ll consider apologizing and admitting that he`s crazy. Until than...you people make me sick with your negative attitudes towards a person chasing their dream.

Don`t be knocking regular people, The first patented industrial used Internal Combustion Engine was made by an engineer out of his home.

i LOVE crazy people.

1. they make the world more interesting.
2. occasionally they`re right!

Actually i`d say this guy isn`t crazy at all.
The assistant, maybe that`s another story.

Unless he`s getting a paycheck for it.
But somehow that seems less plausible
than the craft getting off the ground.

o...k.
I dont know if its just me, but I dont think the UK is that `big` on aliens, spaceships ect.
I saw this vid, and I didnt think, "well done mate, good to sticking to your dream blah blah"
I nearly wet myself laughing so much, and I think that his `hobbie` is slightly obbsessive and really quiet disturbing.

. hmm... i wudnt call him stupid or something,
. atleast not a morron!
.
.
. he gots hes dreams and its impressive i think.
. but if he have workt on it for 30 years,
. he looks about 50, so he workt since 20.
. and it dosnt take 4 years to educate in
. a chapter like that,
. i think he got himself a bad start.
.
.
.
.
.
.
. or maybe it will rein doom upon the race
. of human for laughing at him?

Am I missing something? It looks to me that, the dern thing is wider than the door. Now, I`m not a rocket scientist, but I am a thinker and I think, unless he has a big hole in the ceiling, he`s going to have to miniaturize it to get it out or destroy part of the building.

just beacause he spent 30 years on building a spacecraft doesn`t mean hes crazy. i acctually think its an accomplishment for an african-american. and i agree with R U Kidding. its not dirt cheap.

Legion5, in the article you posted it says he already spent 60 grand, and needs another 40 g`s to finish it. That`s $100,000. Not my definition of `dirt cheap.`

"Maroon" it seems you are the moron dudeman.

Just because the word flying saucer is thrown around half you losers think he`s nuts.

Not so, the thing is just a glorified helicopter that`s built dirt cheep and looks like a saucer.

Eww is all I have to say and doubble props to everyone that supports him.

KMP, he isn`t in Canada. The camera crew drove to wherever he is (Michigan, I`m guessing) FROM Canada.
Anyways, everybody needs a hobby. As for whether the thing will actually fly...personally I doubt it, but what the hell. Dare to dream, and all that.
