I`m glad he finally got that off of his chest.
Haha puns...

Oh and Hitler has influenced MANY lives. Most people don`t realise that all influences aren`t good influences.

Do people even read the other comments before they post or is it just me? Every question asked after page one and maybe half way through page two has been answered atleast 5 times.

"this is what people do nowadays to get attention!?"
I don`t think it was just a tactic to get attention. It was a work of art. The reason he had to make a video of it is because it was a layered process, and he couldn`t have shown that any other way.
Sadly, I didn`t recognize some of the people--most of the people, actually...

Not sure you can say he painted 30 people...cause i saw objects in there too...but

it seems to me hitler influenced all of our lives, not in a good way but seeing as everyone has commented on it, he must have influenced them too.

athat was way cool i loved it!

He probably used a mirror.
0
Reply
Female 272
yup, latex paint. pretty much the same paint i used to paint my walls [when i got some on my hands they`d peel off that easily too.]

and he never said that they all had positive influences on him. maybe hitler had a positive effect in a way, maybe he had a negative effect on his life. maybe his parents were in the holocaust, it could`ve been anything. think before you call him racist.

he probably used liquid latex, thats what the containers look like. but meh idk.
and all the people that sit there and whine about how stupoid this are just annoying and most likely jealous because they can`t do anything like it.
you know hitler can be a cool influence, if you get past the whole mass genocide thing, he was great leader. i mean he did get a hella big amount of people to follow him and his ideas. so yea. dont flip out on something someone does. get over it @[email protected]

If there`s ever a time to announce how frustrating it is to see people make snide comments without reading comments before them, this is it.

you should say `things` not `people` because he painted a daisy, an airplane, and a book.

Pople should not comment without watching the whole video and reading all of the comments. He probably used latex body paint. You can buy it for like twenty bucks for 16oz. The Hitler thing is no surprise seeing as how Hitler`s influences on people are so far stretched, and some good did come of Hitler, he led to a whole new level of tollerance. By people seeing other peoples in such a bad situation, they realized there`s not much difference from one person to the next. And NO some of them were not images of people, but the REPRESENTED people. Also, for anyone wondering how long it took him to clean it, watch the video, he peels it off at the end.

Hitler influenced the entire world. Remember, it said INFLUENCED, not ROLE MODEL. Besides, do you need to agree with someone to have them influence you?

Interesting skills, I`m sure not everyone could paint on their own bodies like that.
I just recognized a few of the people he painted... Hitler, Mel Gibson and Stephen Hawkings for sure, and one of them was the Mythbusters guy?

I was wondering how would he remove that thick, thick layer of paint off his body. In the end I liked how he did.

Still, kinda pointless; I wonder why would he do all that. I guess some get entertainment more easily than others :P

For the people who say the things about the objects, and for the people who say he loves hitler;

"30 different people that influenced my life were painted one on top of another on my torso. I either painted a picture of the person or an object that represents the person.

To see photos of the work and some brief details about a few check it out at.

They Rock!

Many people are asking about Hitler and how he could be an influence. He has had an impact on the entire world and changed how society deals with hate. Obviously he is not a influence in a positive way except for the positive changes that have occured to society since his existence.

People are also wondering how long it took. I spent 20 hours painting and I had the piece on me for about 30 hours. I slept with it on and it was aweful! "

that was on his youtube page.

I think he`d use acrylic since its plastic based and peels off like that when its dry.
That is neat, though pretty weird hed do it on his body.

"WTF? is this guy insane? I wonder how long it took him to wash it off?"

Watch the whole thing before you comment ;).

Anyway, that was really good. It made me laugh when he brought out a hairdryer to dry the paint, he must have gotten pretty tired of standing up and drawing on himself.

I think the sunflower was meant to be representative of Vincent Van Gough.

Did anybody else notice that his belly button disappeared when he put on the first layer? If he filled it in then he`d have a hell of a time trying to empty it again.

He should`ve painted a broken pencil as the last one. Pointless.

Female 316
Pretty impressive. It must have taken forever to do that in real time. I thought it was very symbolic at the end when he took the dried layers of paint and cut out the silhouettes of his head. It`s as if all of those influences are "in his head" physically.
