"trei scool" As half the people here have already said, it`s the Tate modern art gallery in London, not a fecking office building. If you want to work there you`d better start studying modern art or get a job washing floors. I`d recommend modern art as being the simplest if the likes of Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol or that c*nt Tracey Emin are anything to go by.

And if you wanted to get up?
You could always be that annoying kid on the playground that always climbed up the slide, even when you were trying to go down.
And to teach him what he deserves?
Be the ADHD wannabe kid who yells,"GERONIMO!" before tumbling down the slide and knocking over that clumsy jerk.

Muahahah, that`s brilliant.

I think that offices should be designed on this concept. More fun at work.

And I know that it`s in a gallery, but how cool would it be if it was REAL?

I hate to break it to you, but this is a special exhibit at the tate modern gallery in london (where i live) and the workers don`t use it, visitors have to come in the morning to get a ticket to use it...

They must get paid in tickets, wich they can redeem for tokens, wich they can redeem for their paycheck.
Because here at Chuk-E-Cheese enterprises its not about the money. Its about you, the employee.

This is NOT an office building!!!
Tis the Tate Modern.

Of course that doesn`t chage the fact that they are well cool.

this is a very cool idea for offices. I think the japanese would be the first country to take this on, they`re always doing crazy s`hit like this, right?
BTW, what if you had lots of bags\briefcase, wouldn`t it get in the way?

I think it`s a good idea. Minor problems like managing that in a skirt or getting back up are a bit tricky though.

for christ sake necros thank god someone actually knows about this! does noone read before thhey post?!
It`s not an office the Tate Modern Art Gallery in London (En-ger-land for you americans). The tate is in the converted battersea powerstation (trivia: as seen on the pink floyd album `Animals`) the powerstaion is very tall so an artisit thought it wud a good experiment to see how people reacted to such new ways of getting around in such a surreal environment.

I knew the Jetsons or Futurama had something up to par...now they just need some kind of suction or blowing device to force the people going hundreds of miles an hour to a fast but soft stop

that would be so much fun, i wouldnt get any work done...not that i get any work done anyways...

I want to work there.

"How would they expect us to slow down so we don`t end up on our butt?"

They grease you up with Crisco to get you in and they use a hook to grab your belt and stop you (just like the Navy uses to stop jets landing on an aircraft carrier). If all else fails, you can pull your emergency rip cord to deploy the parachutes.
