that is such bs...
The question had nothing to do with history, as the above poster explained. I couldn`t figure it out myself, I knew it wasn`t a history question though. Still got it wrong.
16/20, but I`ve seen most of these before.
You just had to think about how they were trying to trick you.
Person mentioning polar bears.. they didn`t ask `what color is their skin`. They asked what color is the bear.. it appears white without actually MOVING FUR or SHAVING THE BEAR. ...
Pills.. how long would the pills last? After you take the third pill? You`re out of pills. They lasted until you took them all.. an hour.
...ok, so I missed the Moses one. >XD Read it too fast.
And I missed the President one.. but frankly, I don`t... know ... how that one `works`. Is it just a play on words like saying "What`s the President`s name.." and throwing an obscure prepositional phrase on the end? Wtf? Someone please explain to me, here... I don`t get how it can be taken any other way than looking for history records.
I got nineteen.
Would have been more, but I know NOTHING about baseball.
And I live in America, all you "Americans are stupid" posters.
And could everybody stop trying to justify the "nun answer"? It didn`t say "A sister", it said "THE BEGGAR`S sister". Once again, unless he`s God, it doesn`t work.
PS: and before anyone comes after me for the God remark, it`s a joke. I know it wouldn`t work with Him too.
Ohhhh, I get it! That`s tricky. I got 19/20, that`s the one I got wrong. Thanks for explaining it
Actually no, ten_10 - I missed that one too but I know where I went wrong. It doesn`t say how long the pills effect last, just how long the pills last. It`s one hour.
People, stop trying to justify making dumb mistakes by questioning the validity of the questions. It just makes you look stubborn, on top of dumb."first off, dont act like youre so much better for not "making excuses". the questions OBVIOUSLY required one to think quite litterally, so explaining them quite literally is what we should be doing.second, the pill would last longer than an hour, assuming the pill acctually DOES something. sure you run out of pills, but the pill itself lasts some time
Ark one I thought was one, one animal of each sex, two sexesPills is still 1 and a half hours, the pills obviously last half an hour if he takes them every half hour so the effect runs out, iunoThe other one I had no clue <_<
# CORRECT RATING 20-18 Genius 17-16 Above Normal 15-9 Normal 8-7 Nincompoop 6-4 Moron 3-0 Idiot!
Me a nincompoop
couldn`t #12 be anything as long as one of them isn`t a nickel, i put 1 quarter, and 6 nickels, shouldn`t that be right? maybe im just reading the question wrong, or maybe in just dumb lol :-P
But still, seen most of the questions before, I think the only one which was new to me was the President`s name, but that came at the end, and after answering those kinda questions for a few minutes, you quickly get into the swing of things.
The questions were more america though, such as the dollars and cents, and the 4th of july was easy XD
Not necessarily!! Last I knew, Magnetic North was in the middle of Greenland somewhere and even if it is in the middle of the ocean - it could be what navigators refer to as "True North" which never alters!
And for the beggar one, I put a nun. She is a sister. That makes sense. That works.
BUT NOOOOOOO. :[
13. If you have only one match and you walked into a room where there was an oil burner, a kerosene lamp, and a wood burning stove, which one would you light first? A: The match. You can`t expect to lite anything if you don`t lite the match first.
He spelled ``light`` wrong! ha.
Cool test, i got 16 - i`m fairly above normal! Blonde test was annoying though - I lost on the white one story house. >:(
I got 20/20 because I knew they`d never been to Sea World in Orlando... they mention that little fact every five minutes there...
Just for the heck of it :).
PBears North Pole
People, stop trying to justify making dumb mistakes by questioning the validity of the questions. It just makes you look stubborn, on top of dumb.
They`re all just trick questions. Really easy though.
I had to think for ages on what the other coin would be to make up 55 cents, I don`t know american currency but I knew anyway that one "wasn`t a nickle"
"Okay I should have had 100 percent. In number 2, a man has one birthday every single year. So naturally I put one a year since his birth" --> no, archinimous. We celebrate in several birthDATES, but we have only one birthDAY.
And for all those people saying the "nun answer" was correct, read the question again. It doesn`t say "a sister", it says "the beggar`s sister" - so unless the beggar is God, it doesn`t quite work out...
You f*cking moron. He can get buried wherever the f*ck he wants. I`m in Australia and I could get buried in France ffs.
Onto the test, I got 17/20. The ones I got wrong were the president one, the checkers one (although I thought that was the answer I just didnt bother putting it in), and the one about baseball (I wrote 3).
I got 17/20. That`s pretty good since all the questions I got wrong were American type ones. How the hell am I supposed to know American currency? I`M ENGLISH! Sheesh. Lol.
"5. Why can`t a man living in the USA be buried in Canada? A: He can`t be buried if he isn`t dead. Well, I guess you could bury him, except that would be called murder."
You can be uried alive. The answer is about location.
He is living in the USA. If he was in Canada, he would be living in Canada and then he could be buried alive.
Stupid Moses and his non-existant ark. He could part the sea, which would cause Noah`s ark to fall to the bottom of the ocean and bust into a million pieces, so Moses "owns" Noah, which means he "owns" the ark, which means Moses DID IN FACT have an ark.
So can I say 14 now? :D
If I`d known more about baseball then it would`ve been 100%
