The only reason why it gets laughed at, is because of the pictures of people. It makes them look lazy, as opposed to showing actual cool ways of utilising it.

I want one. I hate it when I take a picture and you can`t see any bit of arms or shoulders but it just has that "I took it myself" look. :-( It`s disappointing.

I`ve done that before with my tripod, which I think is better since you can use it for other things.

I guess it is a bit bulkier, but whatever.

Yeah, it`s pretty neat. So you can get more than just two giant faces in a picture if you`re trying to take one of you and someone else.
