""Way to go", "clever", "smart"? You all are praising this idiot? Do you know how much frivolous law suits cost tax payers?"
"that guy was out of pocket and since when do taxes pay dells lawsuits?"

"How do you think we pay the salaries of judges??"

Dude, even without frivolous little cases we STILL have to pay the judges, dimwit.

Dell is actually MUCH better than gateway and HP, and i prefer PC over MACS, so i see nothing wrong with Dell

But i still aplaude this guy haha. DrewK, you`re the type of person who I`d expect sue McDonalds because your soda was too cold because you drank it in the Arctic Sea and now you have major frostbites in your mouth. He was being CLEVER and getting his money back, if he was showing initiative against a company that wouldn`t pay him back, then why do we have to blame him? It WASN`T going to take money from the government, and the judges don`t get a significant raise because they

"I have nothing against people who don`t speak english well but why are they always the ones who take the phone calls?"

Cos big companies are so tight fisted, they wont spalsh out on hiring people that speak english, oh no.. that would be far too expensive, they build a call centre in timbuktu and tempt the locals to do the work for 5p an hour

It`s good he got his money back from dell and perhaps some more for all the trouble?? Frivolous lawsuit or not.. the guy was well and truely ripped off from dell, and they werent listening to him at all.. he wasnt the first and he certainly wont be the last. So good on him for standing up and being counted!

Court fees = a few hundred dollars of tax payers money

Look on dell kiosk workers faces when fined = priceless!!

"Flyguy you might not be in any position to question his intelligence. He sent the papers there ON PURPOSE because he knew that they wouldn`t show up in court, thereby making them break the law and get their attention. If he had sent the papers to the headquarters they would have shown up and the case would have been dismissed."

Making this a frivolous lawsuit that it is. Frivolous lawsuits are ruining this country on many levels.

What a dumbass... Hmmm.. I have some major paper work to sue a major corporation and I`m gonna send it to a tiny mall kiosk which is probably only franchised and run by someone like you or me. Then I`m gonna complain that my laptop doesn`t work because I probably don`t know how to work the thing because I am a moron (remember I sent my court papers to the incorrect place before) and blame dell although I should have realized something was up when their slogan is "Purely You".. meaning YOU DEAL WITH IT!
