Oh, and I`ve known about demodexes since high school biology class about FIVE YEARS AGO. Creepy, but probably necessary, like friendly bacteria in our bowels.

20. A substance called resveratrol, also found in red wine, protects mice from obesity and the effects of aging, and perhaps could do the same for humans.

Actually in a Time magazice article, it made the mice obese, but healthy compared to the ones without resveratrol.

You know, that women gaining weight after moving in with a guy would be solved if they had sex at least 20 minutes a day, three times a week. I mean sex is so good for our metabolism and all that crap. And it`s a lot more fun than going to a gym or something.

"Women gain weight when they move in with a boyfriend because their diet deteriorates, but men begin to eat more healthy food when they set up a home with a female partner"
its a natural health mechanism. when woman spend more time with a man, their hormones cause weight gain. on the onther hand, the men grow less weighted in order to hunt more productively for their new family.
