Wal-Marts in the States are f ucked...I read a story about how a girl in Arizona was raped and none of the Wal-marts would give her the `morning after` pill because it was against their beliefs....

I don`t understand why they would ban him you`d think they would phone the police and try to collect the reward for finding bin laden, find out it wasn`t him apologize and let him come back to walmart, once they knew he is not bin laden why ban him?

"I`m no longer proud to be an American."

You just started now? Dude, I`ve not been proud to be an American ever since Bush was elected in office and things started going down the crapper.

Let me repeat:

REMEMBER the lady who secretly dropped a severed finger in her Chili at Wendy`s and claimed she found it in there, and sued wendy`s? The press drank that up too - but now she`s in jail for making it all up.

Now consider this article in that light.

INTERVIEWED.

BUT This is the best part.

This final gem - "Brufani hopes his own problem will be solved... quietly and quickly. Maybe, he thinks, he`ll even get some compensation."

Boy, it sure would help his "case" if there were a sympathetic news article floating around, wouldn`t it? Why, with money on the line, it may even pay off to make bombastic - yet undocumented or confirmed - claims against a large corporation, wouldn`t it?

REMEMBER the lady who secretly dropped a severed finger in her Chili at Wendy`s and claimed she found it in there, and sued wendy`s? The press drank that up too - but now she`s in jail for making it all it.

Look up gullible in the dictionary, they mis-spelled it. Believe me, why would I lie?

All this exposes is anti-american sentiment. Anyone who took this at face value was all to willing to attribute this event, WHICH TOOK PLACE IN ARGENTINA, to America. Two mystery "North Americans," un-named no less? Suckers.

Oh, and this part:

""We`ve seen you on our surveillance cameras," the young woman said. And then she offered him a job: "Would you like to work for us as Santa Claus?"

Boy, that caps off this human interest piece nicely, don`t you think? I`m amazed not one person here saw through this transparent crap.

On its merits, it is terrible journalism. They provide us with no text of wal-marts LEGAL response, only the sympathetic reporters dismissal of it. Crack pots say lots of things, an apparently, people often believe them. (Ahem think Bush supporters.)

THIS IS NOT REAL. IT IS HORRIBLY ONE SIDED AND FRANKLY ANTI-AMERICAN IN ITS INTENT. Do they name said "Yankees?" Did they interview said manager? How about a security guard?

He tried again and again to get in right? The article said he "tries repeatedly to enter the delivery area himself -- to no avail."

So it must have been store policy, yet not one person who worked for wal-mart was

THIS IS NOT AUTHENTIC.

Come on. How many of you actually think this happened? They don`t even speak to a single person other that this guy. They didn`t even try to speak to the store where this supposedly happened. Poor journalism I`d say.

He admits he`s looking to gain money from this! You`d think we`d hear from the other side, but no. Its not like that would add anything to the article.

Note the perspective of the story - its all this guys side. It would not be permissible in court - they don`t speak to one single representative of either Wal-Mart in Buenos Aires nor a single corporate representative from Wal-mart international.

They don`t quote the store manager, the words attributed to her as followed by "Brufani remembers."

Note the derogatory tone - "Those crazy Yanks" reads a heading - "Those North Americans are nuts, Brufani thought to himself."

I can`t believe that people take this at face value. Not everything you read is true, people

he lives in Beunos Ares not America, that`s why his children respected his aperance to such a high degree.

Isn`t this actualy helping the terrorists, by promoting rascism and bringing down the economies of democratic counties. (to a small degree)

I would think this is an important point to consider in the "Osama Effect".

"Americans deserve every bit of discrimination they get in other countries, and that`s coming from one."

Yeah, because we are ALL stupid and ignorant racists, right? Nice job bringing yourself down, too. Maybe you deserve all the discrimination you`d get in other countries, but not myself, or anyone else I know. Jerk.

Its perfectly legal for walmart to deny him entrance, but as soon as they get to why they did it, the court is probably going to favor the beard-toting deliverer of potato chips.

Woah! Osama Bin Laden is actually in America delivering potato chips!

Yeah. Sad... that guy doesn`t look like Osama at all. Maybe we should ban people who look like Hitler from stores too. There`s like three or four people in my area that look similar to Hitler, but no one makes any deal whatsoever about it. It`s obvious that they`re not Hitler.

At the beginning of the article, though: his children were afraid of him when he shaved? Thought that was...odd, for lack of better word.

Inuneko - Nope! Go ahead.

This is ridiculous. For all of you who would say otherwise, Wal-Mart does not represent my (or any other American`s that I know) views on situations like this any more than, say, Haliburton does. They are a huge corporation that, with every passing year, seem to have less and less concern with the people that made their company what it is. Sam Walton is probably turning over in his grave.
I know there are those of you who won`t be able to stop yourselves from flaming all Americans over this preposterous story. Just know that, to me, you will appear as ignorant as the bad guys in this story.

I don`t think he even vaguely looks like bin Laden. Seriously! WTF? And, unless he IS bin Laden, what in the world do they think they`re doing by denying him entry? The sad part is, those two drating idiots probably just told the manager what they did on a whim, and she`s having to enforce a policy that they`ll claim they never even asked her to. What crap. I`d like to find those two draters and beat them with a hose.
