"I don`t think anybody would be sick enough to fake leukemia."

you`re wrong. a guy at my school once shaved his head and said he had cancer. no one likes him now.

I never said he faked leukemia, but whoever made the video didn`t necessarily know the guy, these things surface all over the net in different forms. Maybe the video creator guy found the original footage and decided to give it a more interesting aspect so more people would view it, so he added in the death part. I`ve seen people do worse to get their ratings high on youtube!

Honestly, I think that no one can live their whole life to the fullest. We all have responsibilities and priorities that we have to follow through. If we were to live our lives the way we want, there would be few writers, teachers, and strong intellectuals that affect society and more daredevils. Even though he died of leukemia, he was lucky to have lived the end of his life to the max. I kind of envy him, but I also feel inspired to find the time out of my obligations to do the extreme things I want to before I die.

A friend of mine died of lukemia recently, so this made me bawl. I`m glad that he got to do that one thing that he wanted to do but could never do before. It`s too bad not everyone has a chance like that.

Inspiring, to say the very least.

Every single one of us take life for granted, and we know we do.. yet we don`t do anything with it.

Pity they put `loose` in the writing at the start rather than `lose`.

He probably went through the stages to get to the acceptance in order to finally do that thing...
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Then finally Acceptance
To where he accepted his fate and had some fun
And I am suprised somewhere let him do that
Least he got to go down doing what he wanted to do..
Not some stupid health nuts saying he might live and leaving him in his bed to die

He`s a good man. He took his state of health as every human being should take it: an opportunity to do the unthinkable. Nobody dares to try anything because of the risk invovled. But when you are diagnosed with such a health impairment that only leads to death, you better not live your life the same anymore. Hell, if I was going to die I would not sit around moping all day or watching television. I would skydive by myself, jump from rooftop to rooftop, do the most insane things ever. And why do you ask? Because the best way to go out in the world is to go out being remembered. You won`t be remembered if you just sit there. Do something incredible, amaze yourself, and live life in a way nobody else can.

Quite an inspirational video. To feel so alive in the face of death. It`s that understanding of what we`re going to lose, which makes us realise what we`ve got.
I like that haiku poem from Immigrant.
and, Killing_time, I don`t think anybody would be sick enough to fake leukemia.

Think about it..you know how muck longer you have..so there is nothing to be afraid of any longer..you can do anything you want..Deep down we all fear death but think what you would do if you knew when your time was......what would you have to fear then!!!!!!!!!

The guy probably had the most fun of his life in the last 12 months.

life is cruel, to deal a young person a blow like that. RIP man

Depressed?

I`d love to do something halfway as ballsy as that if I knew I was going to die.
Death is the meaning of life, because Death makes you do things, what you acheive is the purpose to your life. Death is nothing but a motivator for people who are willing to see it that way. He lived the last years of his life better than I could imagine.
