I enjoyed it slightly--my problem was the horrible level design.

They did the engine right, but the level design kills it.

Damn...I used to be bad ass as a kid. I died twice on the first level, and again on the second. -_-

See, this is why I don`t like the Dark Cloud series. Any game that randomly generates levels blows harder than a level 3 hurricane.

Certainly the best web-based Mario port I`ve seen. There`s actually some inertia behind Mario`s movements, and most of the details are handled well.

It still has significant flaws, though. The fire-flower spawn rate is ridiculous, with about 4 fire-flowers per screen...making the game pretty easy. The level design is boring and linear, the variety of enemies is pretty sparse, and apparently there aren`t any bosses--just goalposts. As a proof-of-concept, it`s pretty nice, but not a very fun game.

Probably the best online version of Mario I`ve seen. The controls kind of suck, but not too bad.

The game is different each time you refresh it, lol. The music also got annoying, but it was a pretty good game.

Sadly, my comp kept skipping on me and I randomly died several times when I would walk into a wall... )-|

Good for a port/remake of a game (especially one as popular and often messed up as Mario), but still clearly one. Not great, but not bad. I got bored pretty quickly.

Huge glitch...
Walking into a non-moving turtle shell makes it go toward Mario instead of away, damaging Mario. Disappointing.

Good remake although no music and the anti-aliasing is a nice feature.
