haha.. these printers would have to be huge. three main reasons are because of all the different cartridges, the glass slide (last time i checked glass doesn`t bend like paper does), and also whatever`s gonna keep the cells alive in the cartridges. you`d probably have to have some sort of a liscence or printing tracker thing too though since you could just go online, download a virus (not a computer virus...) and print it.

i wonder if the`ll make a 3d scanner thing. scan your favorite food then save it. haha. that`d be awesome. scan and save you`re laptop or something then sell them on ebay.

The only way this product will sell good is if you can print ready-made lettuce sandwiches with mayonaise(sp?) best food on Earth besides chocolate covered raisons(raisans, raisins?) I know, I need spelling class.

you think they will be able to pring organ? I mean meat is not only used for "food" but also for all kind of others purpose...

So, with "printing organs", there will be no risk of disease? ...

or im wrong?

we`re evolving faster and faster every day...
we`re evolving so fast, in fact, that if we keep going, NASA will create a black hole, and destroy the world.

I do wonder why bacon was chosen?

Also could it produce diseases? Like The Black plague? We could all give Paris Hilton cancer of the face... to go with her herpes.

Obviously your printer is just trying to find out what you want on your toast. Honestly R_U_Kidding, get with the program!

And what is your problem with eating things that were once living? What, does having a brain define something as a living form of matter? These are the same cells, only used for your consumption, so why should you feel any less guilty?

... and in the case of printed cells (living), perhaps a new meal.

Ok, Ajikan? I know you have some questions about my indications, so I will answer you with this. When they have isolated ANIMAL cells (yes, I know that plants have live-cells too, but they are surrounded by a cell WALL, vs. a cell MEMBRANE as is present in animal cells) it is slightly like stem-cell embryos, in that they haven`t had fully the chance to develop in the womb (which is why Christian activists protest their usage, as they are a "potential" more than they are a product of reproduction, and thus resemble fetal abortions), they simply imitate the nature of those double-helixes which they are surrounded by. This construct is similar, in that the cells (which are living by all concieveable means [form = function]) are detatched from the natural course of development (forming an organism) and used to replicate a particular formation that is beneficial to Humans; in that case of stem-cells, perhaps a new liver.

where did it say the stuff came from an animal? living cells can come from anywhere. even wood has living cells

What, is it only acceptable to murder HUMANS under your system of gov`t? Just ask Josef Stalin...
0
Reply
Male 3,631
Yeah, but it`s still ANIMAL CELLS detatched from the mother-ship, as it were. You`re still a hypocrite, for liking the Taste!
0
Reply
Male 3,631
Yeah, it`s basically detatched biological cells which have a relationship to those used for research through aborted bionic embryos, in that they both have no attatched manifest but that which they are suggested to imitate.

stem-cell research....wtf ? are you talking about? did you even read it?

I find it funny how they refer to research, as something that has already been sought? RE-search. Like it`s been searched before, but nobody found the right answer. Kinda like S`mores... "You want a s`more?" "S`more? S`more of what?" "No, a S`MORE!" "S`more of what?" "Smalls, are you stupid or somethin`?" "No, S`more of what? How can I have Some-more of something that I haven`t had yet?"... I rest my case...
