    Your score = 60

According to this test, you have a reasonably high level of self-esteem. There is, however, still some room for improvement. You seem to experience some doubt about your own abilities, occasional feelings of inadequacy and possibly even question your own self-worth from time to time. Essentially, you sometimes get caught up in a vicious circle; if you believe that you cannot do something, your belief causes you to think and behave in a way that leads to your eventual failure. Although your self-esteem is generally healthy, and some insecurity is normal, it certainly can`t hurt to give your confidence a boost. There is a wide range of resources available out there on the subject, why not check them out? You`ll certainly see the long-term benefits - increased confidence, better relationships, less anxiety and an overall improved sense of well-being.

    What does your score mean?
According to this test, you have high self-esteem. You recognize your inner value and it shows in your personal life, relationships and career/school success. You exude confidence, which is very attractive, and believe enough in yourself to pursue things whole-heartedly. Such a healthy self-esteem allows you to "be yourself", handle stress effectively and maintain an overall sense of well-being. You should value and nurture this quality; it will get you far in life. Way to go!

I purposely got a 0 to see what I`d get. I abridged the answer to fit the 1000 char limit:

This likely doesn`t surprise you, but you have very low self-esteem. You showed a lot of doubt about your own abilities, lack of self-love and attitudes and beliefs contributing to your confidence problem. You`re trapped in a vicious circle; if you believe that you cannot do something, you think and behave in a way that leads to eventual failure. Chances are you are quite frustrated and would like to change. Self-esteem is key to happiness and success. If you don`t believe in yourself, how will you find the courage to pursue the career you desire, form healthy relationships or find your place in the world? The good news is that you can work on building your sense of worth… and you can start right now, today. There`s a wide range of resources available out there, or you might even want to contact a therapist if you`re not sure you can tackle it on your own. You`ll be glad you made the effo

I got an 83 because of the question about not doing as well as others making you inferior, I don`t ever feel bad about being inferior, yet I had to answer strongly agree, just on the definition of the word inferior.

I find that `self-esteem boosters` tend to go too far, as they say things like `everybody is perfect.` You can`t just redefine words like perfect. The trick to self-esteem is to realise that you are not perfect, and be okay with that, not to lark about thinking that you are perfect, you`re not, you`re just good enough.

inferior - adj. - lower in rank, status, or quality.
perfect - adj. - 1 having all the required elements or qualities. 2 free from any flaw.

    What does your score mean?

    Your score = 68

    What does your score mean?
