The only real reason i can see disney not wanting to make that was because of the nudeness.

By the way that kicked ass and i want to see the whole thing.

I love dali.

he had a slide in his house so when he got out of bed he didnt have to walk down the stairs, he would just slide down.

Never having seen Fantasia (Walt On Acid),I cannot comment, but I do know that Dali`s work was more than instrumental in influencing many films and music vids of the now. Dali Rocked!

i liked it, could have been a good film but definately would not be suitable for children. I think as a kid, this would freak me out, plus theres the tasteful nudity which u know would drive parents mad!

okay... shouldn`t that be a "LIGHTEYED" ballerina ? I`m sorry, that`s just going to bug me. Her eyes were obviously greenish/blue. NOT black or brown.

True the scene with `A Night on Bald Mountain` springs to mind.

I am not a fan of Dali or surrealism in general, but I must admit in this form it`s quite mesmerising.

As for it being unusual for Disney, just think of Fantasia. A few of the pieces there were also quite surreal.

Back in the 40`s I can see why it wasn`t released...but with today`s eyes- I love it.
