There is nothing more satisfying than squishing big lardy mushrooms. I can`t help myself.

Not sure why I said this but it goes with the mushroom theme. Good game.

Too bad the edges don`t "wrap around" to the other side (left/right, top/bottom). That would allow gliders to go off one edge and re-appear on the other. Overall very nice implementation of the Game of Life.

What they mean by the relationships is that if a mushroom doesn`t have exactly 2 or 3 mushrooms touching it, it will die, and if an empty space has exactly 3 mushrooms touching it, it sprouts a new mushroom. Oh, and if you want a constantly active arrangement, try 3 in a row. That`s all you need.

I suggested link to pointlessites, stolen from me, anyone who says they don`t understand didn`t bother to read the rules, if you like this game (a difficult and annoying isometric game) you will love the proper version located Here.

Sure Conway`s life is old, but it is an example of some rather important theories in computing. For example you can not predict the end pattern from the initial pattern faster than you can run the simulation. Rather cute way of showing it I think. Just a bit small for proper use.

Google "life32" if you want to see more of those patterns.

"Same thing we do every night"
"What`s that brain?"
"Try to take over the world!"
They`re Pinky and the Brain!
Yes, Pinky and the Brain!
One is a genious, the others insane
Their laboratory mice their genes have been spliced,
Their Pinky, Pinky and the Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain
Before each night is done, their plan will be unfurled with the dawning of the sun...
THEY`LL TAKE OVER THE WORLD!
They`re Pinky and the Brain
Yes, Pinky and the Brain
Their twilight campaign, is EASY to explain.
To prove their mousy worth, they`ll overthrow the earth! THeir Pinky, Pinky and the Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, NARF!

For some reason, it reminded me of Pinky and the Brain
