Just get the feeling they wouldn`t approve, and can`t place why. Couldn`t be because it`s against federal law... no... not that at all.
Here`s a thought... revolutionary too... how about, if you like pot and want to smoke it, move to Amsterdam. It`s legal there. That way you get your pot, and people who don`t like it don`t have to deal with you in America. Seems simple to me. And from the laws they have there, seems a lot more tolerant and free than America is turning out to be. Just a thought. And since the law is on my side (for now), it works for me!
Actually I have heard several bands explain that energy in a similar way.
Obviously you didn`t get the point..and the research does equal a lot. Fred was an honor student in highschool, as was I..so I obviously don`t think idiots join.
The research means that out of 400,000 soldiers..approx. 100,000! of them were drug users..to me..that`s a lot.
This wasn`t an attack on you, just wanted to say it can screw up a lot of peeps lives. If it`s by choice even when you had other options I applaude you.
peddle the ass god gave you, buy nitrous.
go foo fighters!!!!!
...waiting to get yelled at =)
Don`t take this the wrong way because I fully support our troops, in fact my good friend Fred is stationed in Hawaii, but I agree with the go figure...a lot of drug users have to turn to the military because they made bad choices...and well that`s all they had left...hmmmm
that clip bores me
but i still like their music
Anyway... find me an interview when they were *not* stoned and I`d be most impressed.
Anyway, the new guy in Waiting who never gets to speak looks kinda like a young Dave Grohl.
Strangely enough, this guy also plays drums in a band...
i love it where Krist goes "escalators thats my pet peeve" and you hear Kurt in the background going "oh god" haha
Kurt Cobain <3 :-X
That clip was hilarious. <3
lol. Its really jumpy for me- is it supposed to be like that?
But at first I thought they were saying "Theres a lot of LAWS....and a lot of trees."
I was like, okaaaay.
You can never try to use cause and effect on a correlation, the correlation that some people who take drugs kill themselves. Maybe they killed themselves for the same reason they did drugs, due to a personality type, and even then there are many drug users who don`t kill themselves.
Hehe...this reminds me if "That `70s show"
They were just stoned and just running their mouths about anything that came into their stoned minds. Drugs are cool kids, you should do them. Look at these guys, they were rock stars! and then one of them killed himself.. It just proves that drugs make you a famous rock star and then make you kill yourself. Yup, can`t argue with that logic.
Yes, that would be Kurt Cobain. I can`t believe you haven`t heard of him yet. I knew he committed suicide when I was in the first grade, but then again, that`s just me... :-P And Nirvana has been my favorite band for a looooooong time.
IE: If you like to do drugs, you are doing them for a reason. You feel better with them than without. Therfore, you are living your life to what you believe to be the fullest.
Now, this video is nothing more than a look back at someone who helped a lot of people come to terms with their own feelings. Every day new artists do just that; hell, it`s why we pay entertainers so much.
Though I`d still challenge the people who use the "natural substance" argument to try some other natural substances and check out the results. Mmm... cyanide. Yum! ooo... uranium! Double yum!
Just more evidence why potheads are too stupid to live. Go `head, flame me for that. I need something to roast these marshmallows anyway.
Though the whole "it`s natural" argument is crap. Mercury is a natural substance. So`s arsenic. And poison ivy. Don`t see people using those to alter their personalities/minds/whatever.
Eh, druggies are dumbasses. End.
