You assume that I`m politcally retarded, but that doesnt mean I am. There isn`t a law against me stating my opinion, and why do you care what I say anyway if you think so lowly of the 13-17 range?
A grown man can`t be THAT stupid.
And you would know because you`re in the 13-17 range right? When did they lower the age of voting? Hmm..I missed that.
Stick to your barbies (or your XBOX, whatever mind-numbing device you use daily). Leave the politics to adults.
We`ll never know, because neither Kerry nor Gore served as President.
Very true. Then again, Al Gore couldn`t really be President anyways, since he`s too busy saving the environment and inventing the next Internet. Kerry? He`s still in the habit of taking back his words and changing his mind.
This story reminds me of the time Clinton was in office, and he was holding some kid, which he accidentally dropped. Of course, you didn`t see people bagging on Clinton for that. Why? Because it takes blind hatred from ignorant liberals to beat someone up for a simple mistake.
What is even more ridiculous is that the site you posted a link to regarding the story of the guy, the guy himself said he knew Bush didn`t know. Like most blind people, he doesn`t advertise his blindness, he gets over it and lives with it. Yes, it is awkward and embarrassing for Bush to find that out the hard way, but (1) it is an honest mistake anyone can make and (2) Bush wasn`t an ass about it because he didn`t make the guy take them off. He simply didn`t know. I love how the comments on the site like to bash Bush (since anytime is a good time to bash Bush, obviously). You`ve got to be a dick for beating on someone for an honest mistake. You can bag on him for political sh*t all you want, but grow up by shutting up on this one.
America did not win the second world war- they didn`t even join until near the end. Don`t bring that up the clip is about BUSH. Anyway i think it was a simple mistake and would still be funny if any person had done it.
Anyway, it`s no big deal. The guy isn`t even really blind, only legally blind. He has very, very, poor vision, but can still see. He`s not going to be racing anytime soon though. ;)
Remember: Disabled people are people too, and that includes the same right to be teased that everyone else has.
Wallsten said Bush’s comments did not offend him at all. “I never advertise it to him. I’ve never told him.”
TP, isn’t this too much of hair-splitting than anything? Really, anyone would make the same mistake. A guy wearing sunglasses - do YOU immediately assume he’s blind?

Besos to you all. Muah.
And what does he mean there are no parallels between Vietnam and Iraq?
Man, I hate this guy...the day he dies will be a day my family and I will celebrate with great food and firecrackers! I`ll be keeping track and laugh at his obituary if I am ever to see it. I`ll pin it up to my walll, in a beautiful frame...and it will say, "An honor to the most moronic of all idiots...alongside with Hitler: George "Dubya" Bush. May they rot in the fiery pits of Hell."
Yeah, like it wsan`t vert profewssional for a president to accept hummers from an intern in the oval office, then lie to a grand jury about it. But, like Bush, I am sure Clinton was only teasing, right?
In all honesty, I feel a bit bad for the president. If you watch the whole press conference, you can see that he was trying to joke around the entire time and it got REALLY awkward long before the blind reporter even stood up.
Bush should be so grateful the reporter didn`t call him out right then and there (just saying "it depends on your perspective" was a really graceful thing to do, too.)
Like when I`m around my friends, we joke around with "Oh you`re such a dork, lolololol l31k lmao!!!111one!!!11eleven"
But ya know, he was just joking aorund, I don`t find it to be a big deal.
get off the computer and cry at night
“He said, ‘I needle you guys out of affection,”’ Wallsten said. “I said, ’I understand that, but I don’t want you to treat me any differently because of this.”’
Wallsten said the president said he would not treat him differently, so Wallsten encouraged him to “needle away.”
“He said, ‘I will. Next time I’ll just use a different needle,”’ Wallsten said.
Still didn`t answer the questionWallsten said he thought that was a pretty good line. And his only complaint is that the president didn’t answer his question at the news conference.
no reason?! are you retarded, hamfar? don`t you follow the news? i see by your age that you`re just a kid, and that comment really makes me scared for the future of this country. try not to vote more bush`s into office when you grow up, ok?
"Clinton" really? Bwaaahaaahaaaa!!!!!!!!!
... just a note... most degrees "daddys" pay for.. at least at the college i graduated from.. so yea, idk.
honest mistake, i wouldve done the same thing.hes done even more stupid things so yea, this isnt that suprising i guess.
But I agree, how do we know he was blind? By the perspective crack? Or the way the audience laughed when bush mentioned the shades?
Anyone care to graph that out? My guess is the result looks like a face and two big ears. ;-)
