Hey, wait! 42! Yay!
My Mall On The Web Online Shopping Mall
"Don`t know about the speed of my brain, but those guys making a website for Internet Explorer only has some issues on theirs"
um the website worked both on oprea and firefox when i went to it...
zelakrav: I think this test is supposed to measure the smallest time interval where your brain can distinguish the two tones from each others. I agree, the test should mention that you need to have perfect hearing to get an accurate result, but it isn`t a complete fake like you would have it.
I also thought that you had to click the arrows as soon as they appeared, but that`s not the point.
christ, this is no game, there`s no highscore list! Dorks.
this experiment only did one thing, gave u 2 tones and made them quite easy to tell apart, then calculated your speed based on how many correct results you got(no scientific experiment would ever do that, since it would be laughed at), not actually the time it took you to re-act and most ppl who have a good ear can tell the difference between uu ud du dd.
all this experiment shows, is that older ppl have bad hearing or that your couldnt hear some of them quite well(you werent wearing headphones).
most corporations and businesses actually use misleading information that looks scientific to make a profit(nearly all adverts that use percentages arent scientific at all and the scientific community knows it), like the above site.
Cool test, but rather long, and some of those were -hard-. Near the end, I got a little impatient.
