Wow! This is an absolute sign of laziness. Even if you do read, and who does anymore? I think that one could fold the book back. Or use two hands OMG!!! What a drating idea I just had there... Also, F***ing Europeans seem to relate this automatically to Americans laziness... So thanks again for making American look even f***ing lazier.

why not just hold the book open with one hand. you don`t have to be a genuis to figure that out. And lots of people still read. I read a lot.

I would like to see someone use that with my 6 pound Calculus book. It would probably snap the thumb thing in half... as well as your thumb. They should have a weight limit on it, like some ladders. Ouu, or better yet, they could put extensions on the thumb thing for larger books, the bigger the book, the bigger the attachable extension rods, which add resistance. Then you woudl have a thumb bowflex and then you would need a place to put all your acessories, and then it would get to the point where it`s pointless. Go capitolism!

I read and I also see the usefulness of it. If I`m laying on my side in bed one of my arms is practically useless and I only want to use one hand but its kind of hard without bending the bind thing. So, I see the usefulness of it...but I would only buy it if it was a dollar or something cheap.
