Hey, I spent the BIG bucks for wood `n carpet stairs for my dog. But before you all get preachy on me, he`s 10, arthritic & 85 pounds, not to mention a rescue, so I`m just trying to make his twilight years comfy!!! He`d probably flatten those pillow kind!

Okay, you can just build your own doggy steps. They may not be as nice looking but I`d rather build my own anyway. What if you have a bed that`s higher than the steps?

My dog is old and has trouble jumping up on the coach, it would be a good idea. I wouldn`t but one though, my dad could make one.

""haha i thought it was more amusing watching that dog trying to jump onto the bed haha YOU SHOULDNT LET UR DOGS ONTO UR BED ANYWAY! THATS JUST GROSS COS THEY HAVE FLEAS N STUFF... ""
Um not all dogs have fleas, if you let them have fleas that eat into them, that is mistaking care of them, they have flea medicine you "have" to give them.
Lemony Fresh, these are not for stair cases lol, its for a dog, to get onto a bed... has nothing to do with your stairs.

My dog has fallen down our spiral staircase a few times. I doubt doggy steps would fix that problem.

My ex`s mother got a doggy ramp for her two miniatur schnauzers when she had back surgery last year so that they could come up onto the bed with her while she was recovering. These things are practical, really. And well trained dogs don`t go on the bed.

I wish I was sixteen still. Then I could be /so/ cool cause I acted like an non-nice individual. :D

totally useful for those cute little chiwawa`s that everybody has nowadays, I mean they have to get into the purse somehow, and do you expect the anorexic chicks to be able to lift from below the waist? Pshhh, even if they tried they`d fall over because they`re too top-heavy from implants. :S

The best part about that commercial was the little white dog trying to jump up onto the bed.

doesn`t give you back problems by picking your dog up? The steps probably weigh more. XP

My cat got pretty bad arthritis as she got older. So I got a cardboard box she could climb up on and then from there to the sofa. Later I went to Walmart and bought her a plastic step stool for $4.

Actually, it`s a good idea, but it`d be easy to make one yourself. My dog is not only small, but getting old. However, I would never use one because she would walk UP them, but she wouldn`t have sense enough to wald DOWN them, and would take flying leaps of death off of everything.

My poor dog is old and has a bad hip, so it can`t climb up onto the couch. But rather tnan spend money on this, I found a nice, big rock in the garden and brained him with it. Hey - he had a nice, full life. Besides, there are all those damn starving kids I need to take care of.

As much as they are being joked...my parents actually have something like this. Their neighbor made them some steps for their dog who, in her old age, can`t jump any more. Do to heart murmers, she gets tired doing damn near anything.

But, I guess this is marketed for the people with a little less "do-it-yourself" attitude.

-The crap that some people throw their money away on while every 3.6 seconds someone dies of hunger & every year about 15 million children world wide die of hunger.-

You know you can feed 25 straving kids for the same cost as one 1 minute on a phone sex line. Got to love this world.

Those are great and everything, but still these have been availibe for years, in pet place magazine etc.m, so maybe it works great. But yeah lol it is kinda goofy, just I didnt see it as funny though, but the thought of a little tiny tea cup chihuaha trying to climb even the stairs is hilarious. :-)

Oh yeah, just give them a reason to climb all on the couch and p-i-s-s on everything (I spelled it out so it wouldn`t get changed, just read it as the word)! And why are they saying they`ll set it up for free? What`s there to assemble?!?!?!?!? IT`S FOAM BLOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I`m not paying 60 bucks for foam, I`ll just tell me dog, "Use them back legs and push off, girl!"
