u guys really are wasting posts, and starting to pi*s me off
It`s called soccer here in the US, I assume you didn`t know.
Actually, the injury took place in Japan in the FMW promotion, I believe. Hayabusa, the wrestler who attempted the moonsault, was, in fact, paralyzed after suffering a broken neck.
It kind of upset me to see it (even though I`ve seen it many times) because it was unexpected, and many people try to avoid seeing it.
I can`t believe there`s yet another idiot trying to pretend that there`s no such word as "soccer" because everyone else around him calls it "football"
Open up any dictionary (yes, even the OED) and you`ll see a definition for the word "soccer" as that of a game played with 11 players...etc.
I beg to differ. Funny movies, but it was to short
Oh and yeah i agree with warmcheese it wasn`t funny.
And it`s soccer here, football everywhere else. So what, get over it. bleh
First of all it`s not `soccer`, it`s football, and I think they gave the goal because the reaction he gave implied that he`d got a touch on the ball. If he`d just acted as though nothing had happened it wouldn`t have been given.

The skiing one looked like fun - if you`re gonna crash into something, make sure it`s 6 foot deep snow.
