what a crap article, absolute bullpoo. People are changing, people are becoming taller for one thing. And advances in technology i.e different styles of running or breathing to help performance. ehh could go on but why bother.

This has been said before. Remember they said no one could beat the 4 min mile till someone came along and did just that.

Well, the invention of the campfire caused our bodies to weaken and our brains to grow larger. But thats really opening a can of worms isn`t it?

The struggle for survival fuels evolution. Post industrial society isn`t much good for that.

Animals, including humans, all adapt and evolutionize. We`ll continue to get faster, stronger, better than every generation behind us...even if its progression is a little slower. I`m just gonna wait 10 or 20 years and look back on this article. Then laugh.

exactly. the right mutation or some new evolution on our part could do it.

An ape weighing the same as a man is ten times stronger. Give me the right mutation and I will give you a super athlete.

this is common sense, really. unless enhancement drugs are used or a genetic mutation develops, a limit will ultimately be reached.
