"No one was hurt."
...well, that`s no fun! (Sarcasm, before anybody starts writing in ALL CAPS at me.)

They probably need the pieces in order to figure out why the chunk broke off.

the fall of the last great empire is at hand. I`m all for Judge Judy being the one and only judge on the supreme court.

I`m gonna miss Sandra O`Connor. I have a grandma that looks just like her.

It`s about time we switched out some judges anyway, after that eminent domain fiasco.

What are you people whining about? The Supreme Court is improving! I only wish Roberts and Alito would have replace Ginsburg and Souter instead of Rehnquist and O`Connor. We need people on the bench who can read the Constitution at least as well as I can. I`m no legal scholar, but even I know that there is no hint of a guaranteed right to abortion in the Constitution. I also know that the Constitution provides for the use of capital punishment, contrary to what some think. Read the fifth amendment. No one may be deprived of LIFE, liberty, or property without due process of law. So, WITH due process of law, one can be deprived of life.

while I completely understand the sentiment that the current court judges suck, I think that it is a bit sad that such a great work of art is falling to peices like that.

Too bad the school kids didn`t get away with grabbing some of the pieces for souvenirs.

Oh, and what I was trying to say before going off on a rant was that the whole dang building needs to fall apart around their ears.

I think that would be the only way we could get rid of the geriatric, narrow-minded, stuttering old farts out of there. I mean, what the hell does it take to create a law that exocutes child molesters and keeps them from being let out time and time again to offend, and reoffend? Damn it, that is the biggest thorn in my side.
