And in the "move mt. Fujii" thing they didn`t include the time to reerect the freakin` mountain. If not rebilt i would just be a heap of rocks and pimpstone. I wpold have answered : Mt: Fujii is already moving, sliding on the earth-plates, AND it`s moving relative to the earth axis and etc..etc."

question number 2 doesn`t seem logical. sure, a circular manhole cover won`t fall through a manhole...but manhole covers are pretty heavy, and in order to get a square manhole cover to fall through a square opening you would have to first lift it, then rotate it 30 degrees, and finally tilt the cover at a forty-five degree angle over the opening. that (though possible) wouldn`t be easy to do...and it would be even harder to accidentally accomplish it. it seems more likely that manhole covers are round because that is the closest shape to the cross-section of a person, thus, less material is used...anybody else agree?

What`s the answer to the pool balls thing? Would be easy with 3 weighings, but how is it done with only 2?

I was asked this question on an interview for a hard drive company "You have eight billiard balls. One of them is “defective", meaning that it weighs more than the others. How do you tell, using a balance, which ball is defective in only two weighings? " I had no clue what the answer was, I just nodded my head as they told me what the answer was, acting like I knew what there were talking about. I got the job anyway
