    They should do it to London because London is awesome.

    And because WiFi sounds better than BT Broadband.

    That`s interesting... I`ve always wondered why governments haven`t tried something like this already. Open access to the internet would enrich any country`s people and economy.

    why don`t they just cut to the chase and give free WiFi to all of the USA? It`ll happen sooner or later i`m sure, why wait?

    Yeah I heard about this on TWiT. It`s supposed to be really slow though.

    They’ve been talking about this for a while now. If it’s “300 kilobits per second” then it is by no means slow. The only slowdown should be during peak usage times where you have a lot of people in the area trying to connect or when you were getting a weak signal due to proximity. Of course, a WiFi T3 connection would be even better...
