You probably click through on these when installing new software, so accustomed that you don"t even read them anymore...

I hate installing programs on my mom`s computer for her; she sits behind me looking over my shoulder the whole time and makes me read all of that crap.

The best things like this are when a shop says "we have a no refund policy, this does not affect your statatory rights" rofl! Refund when the product is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for is a statatory right, in the UK definately. Search Sale Of Goods act. I should really stop talking to the law students

The best part is that we can`t really do anything about it.

for_serious, they`re basically pointing out tidbits in the EULAs that seem off, like saying that Apple can change the license whenever it wants, and even though you never agreed to the new one, it still means you accepted it. Or that you can`t use a packet sniffer to see what other packets Gator is sending out since it`s crappy spyware.

Anywho, the really retarded EULAs are never upheld in a court of law, so no worries about the really ridiculous ones. The judges probably just click "Next" without reading too, lawl.

I tried to read that but it got as boring as the real thing. Does anyone want to sum it up for me? Lol, seriously, I`m beginning to think I`m somewhat retarded.
