the name "invisibility" kind of implies "cannot be seen," not "skin cannot be seen, but my bones can."

It`s not fake, this is actually a project their working on thought that`s not exactly making them "invisible" is it?

I suppose they can filter out flesh and muscle but not bone yet? I think it`s weird anyway

alright everyone has missed the idea

that was not an x ray

it was a skeleton picture to show how the fabric was the only thing reflecting the god damn projector. Its the same thing as before, just before, instead of projecting something else onto a sheet, it was projecting the background onto the jacket. Jesus christ

Hmm, not convinced that this isn`t green screen. But the technology to see "through" objects does exist. A person stands in between a projector and a camera, wearing a cloak that is like a projector screen. The camera transmits the image to the projector, which then displays it on the cloak. As a result, the person is very difficult to see. This is how the other video was done, but I don`t know about this one. If the skeleton was a projected image, it would show up on the guy`s clothes. Looks good all the same though!

Dude, I made a freaking account just to tell you believers of this thing its wrong. The bones stay 100% still. Portable x-rays just don`t exist, yes? Look at his skull. his skull is tilted up and to the left. Now look at his face. It`s looking straight forward. Besides, x-rays wouldn`t just pick up a skeleton, they pick up more stuff, too.

So come on, you really think it`s real?!

nevermind, after watching this again i can conclude that this is real. If you look at it you can see where the piece of fabric isn`t exactly flat which you wouldn`t with a green screen.

that idea for getting rid of the cars blind spots would actually be pretty good. I do beleive in the technology but something about this particular video struck me as fake looking. It kind of appeared that this one was actually a green screen. I don`t really know though. This could actually be a better form than that jacket which is why it would look better and therefor more possibly fake.

Sometimes just because it sounds bizzare to us doesn`t have to mean it`s fake. I guess the idea just takes some time to get used to, just like when people didn`t believe in the giant squid even though so many evidence have been discovered.
If you are still so skeptical of this video or the related product, go online and you`ll find many detailed explainations on how it works.

Since some of you evidently haven`t kept up with modern inovations, this is not a green screen. This is a new way to see "through" objects by having a camera view the area behind the object, in this case, a picture of a skeleton. Then a projector projects that image onto a screen. It`s not something that lets light penetrate objects. It`s a video recording being projected onto a screen. A practical purpose for this would be placing cameras outside of the sides of your car and then having it projected onto the inside of your car. Can you say, "No more blind spots?" Check out www.howstuffworks.com if you want to know more. And for the ones who think it`s a green screen, check into some things before you jump to conclusions.

i hate to say but this one looks a little fake. The other one, real, yes he was wearing a green coat and you could tell, which is precisely why it couldn`t be green screen. If it were, everything green would be replaced ie. you would not see it.

For everyone who is still a little confused...this technology is essentially greenscreening that you can actually see in real life (without having to see a pre-rendered vid).
