My fav Verne was From the Earth to The Moon, but it was later replaced by Mysterious Island but only because I`d read 20,000 before it.
It`s sort of funny since I`m originally Turkish that his entire collection of books is still in multiple prints in Turkey but I can only get about 6 book here in Canada and US.

Verne has actually successfully predicted a great amount of technology before. Tanks, TVs, spaceships, electric chains, magnetic train tracks, etc. Although I didn`t really get the connection here.
