How stupid can you get?
Nice concept design though. I`ll admit I thought it was real at first glance. Lack of price among other things made me suspicious. I don`t doubt it will hit the market in one form or the other before too long. It will most likely flop if they can`t make it cheap enough to sell at Best Buy, but it will most likely make an appearance.
I think what RckJmesBjtch was trying to get at in the begining was people should really look beyond the pretty pictures into a little place we call reality before getting all hot and bothered about things. It`s a cool concept, but it is just a concept. And the website kind of made that clear without too much exploration.
"Keys will use animation when needed"WOOOO!!!!
"I have one of those, it works great, bought one for about $349"
Its not out yet, you cant have one...
Lemme address some issues here...
Guys wondering about edd`s post - Cell phones `bout $200 US dollars now without service and rebates.
Rck - Just enjoy the picture. No need for arguing if it would work or not, it`s just so darn COOL! Besides, why wouldn`t you make it? We have the technology.
Ledatru - Are you serious? Go take a picture and post it on here. Unless you got it custom made, then tell me where! :-)
Now let me get back to my incessant staring at the cool keyboard...
It rocks?Nvm, each to his owns.

If it`s not it will be. I bet Apple would jump on it first.
I agree with JTC: I`m sure they can make screens small enough, and I`m sure each key will be hard-clear plastic over the screen. The software capability doesn`t need to be much, especially if it`s bluetooth and talks to your PC, then the PC will handle all that. Even if it`s not bluetooth, it still sends the same signal for the "A" key when it`s pressed, and the computer interprets it to whatever "A" represents... that`s how it works when you play any game with your current keyboard.
Who knows to what extent the patent is... but I`m sure it`s not just for the idea of a key-chainging keyboard, but also includes the hookup inside.
And a flame was in order because you started off callin everyone a retard, ya big oaf!
It`s a great concept and I`m sure it will be available in the near future then be affordable in 5-10 years.
and besides, if david101(i think that was his username)is right about the patent thing, then that means somebody figured out how to make a keyboard like this. there isn`t just one way to make an idea reality. why don`t you keep your pointless b*tching to yourself and just let the rest of us enjoy the future that is to come? damn...
well, anyway, i think it looks totally awesome.
Awsome!!! I want one if they make it.
Please explain to me how my cell phone works again? You know, with it`s tiny screen? and windows capabilities? and it doesn`t have a fan or anything that big/complicated? And I do plug it in now and then, but it`s got a battery.
Maybe this keyboard is not real just yet, it may just be a concept piece, but that`s how ideas happen and get into the main stream. But one day it`ll be commonplace. It`ll be expensive when someone takes the time to bring it to market, but so is all new technology.
**runs and buys one**
