Well, we`re talking about passing or failing. How can you turn her down?

The students shouldn`t get charged with arson. They set the teacher`s car on fire, so wouldn`t she have to press charges? And I wouldn`t think she`s have that option now.

That is just unacceptable! I think they should put that teacher in an all male prison. Then let the inmates have their way with her. Maybe that would teach not to try and defreud the american people.

SonofSam, no offense, but that`s a tad disturbing.

I agree with kmdavis85, but by the letter of the law they are guilty of arson.

Arson- The act or crime of willfully, wrongfully, and unjustifiably setting property on fire often for the purpose of committing fraud. (http://www.answers.com/arson&r=67)

If they get a good lawer they will prolly get off, but I`ll bet the`ll think twice before torching something again.

The IMB script changed my source to a link with paranthesis, so the link won`t work; but this one should.

The kids were dumb, even if it means pass or fail, they should`ve known.

Honestly, who would say no? If I was failing and my teacher came up to me and said "You get to burn something and I will give you an A+" I would definetly do it.

    Monty_Python`s right.

I mean, there`s really no downside to the offer.
