There hasn`t been such a miscarriage of justice since the OJ trial. Isn`t it great how money can buy lawyers that can so effectively distort evidence and witness/victim testimonies that the jury is unable to push a guilty verdict?

That was... ugh... horrible. How can anyone compare the MJ case to the tearing down of the Berlin Wall? Since when does a celebrity trial come close to something as important as that? *boggles*

    MJ only got off because:
OJ was black and he got off, everyone believed it was a white mans turn.
MJ simply tricked the jury into thinking he was white. End of story.

how proud the jury must be knowing they let a molester walk free. How do they sleep at night. It is terrible that a pedophile is able to buy freedom. What a sad misfortune of justice. There should be a anti-micheal site. If you know of one, please let me know

Oh, please. I`ve shared a bed with a child that is not my own. And before you start calling me a pedophile, I assure you there was nothing sexual about it, it was just what was convenient at the time. And we were both just sleeping, anyway. Besides, children are naturally endearing, it`s natural to like children. There`s nothing sick about having a (non-sexual) interest in children that aren`t your own.

I dont know if he`s guilty of molesting, but what about "Jesus Juice"? What about contributing to the deliquency of a minor? All 10 counts `not guilty` come on. The jury has fatter wallets.

Yeah I ranted about this in my LiveJournal, Im glad he was cleared and sure I hope he has a huge tour and brings back his music career and stops being a recluse etc etc, but this website angered me, Martin Luther King was monumental in the recognition of blacks as equals in America, and Nelson Mandella was in jail for 27 years for opposing apartheid, Michael Jackson was taken to court because of 10 years of accusations of being a kiddy-fiddler and giving them alcohol... its not quite on the same level is it?

Sadly none of us are aware of ALL the evidence and therefore none of us can judge him fairly. I would hate to have a trial involving myself have daily updates to the entire modern world.

As for the sicko comment by medic, does that mean that anyone that doesnt conform to your standards of not `sicko` should be thrown in jail despite whatever evidence is presented in there defence? There is a fairly small jump between assuming `sicko`s` are all guilty and racial genocide.

Ofcourse the guy is weird, how could he NOT be ? Considering that nothing in his life was `normal` from the day he was born. And i truly believe that his affection for children is not sexual, but that he felt they were less threatening to him than "the grown up world".
But even innocent kids sometimes have f*cked up mothers, and this kid definetely hit the Jackpot with his..
    But that`s just an opinion.

and now about the topic : ok, he`s still weird !

wow, i dont beleive you guys, who are you people to pass judement on this man, who are you to call him a molester, at first i thought of talking about how this one man whose only fault wasputting too much trust in others could be attacked. this man tried to do a nice thing, he made an amusement park, tried to live out the life he never could have lived as a child, who tried to show thses kids a good time but was the victim of a exortitionist but than i thought , i cant sya that, because i would just be assuming which is what all of you are doing assuming. yeah i know you can all argue about the porn, the bribed jury, the drugs, blah balh . all im saying is that can anyone truly say what happened? guilty or innocent youre all throwing your stories forward claiming that its impossible that this one man could be innocent, what do anyone of you know? personnaly i feel he is innocent and just the victim of a extortionist but none can say which he is, except that a us court found him innocent

Being the deligent law student I am, I was watching the MJ Case from a legal stand point, including what jury`s had said about their verdict. In this particular case they could not prove that MJ was guilty beyond resonable doubt due to the crowns (prosecutors) case, they case was flawed and they were promised things that could not happen. They went on to say that they believe he had/has molested children but in this case no, which is what they were deciding. This case means nothing.

"How can one person judge another?"

Yeah like you`ve never judged a person in your life. Everyone does it, its part of life.

It was good that he was found Not Guilty, a Guilty verdict would have been an even bigger joke as there was no concrete evidence in this trial, it was all circumstantial.

On the other hand I do tend to think he needs to look at his life, and seek help if he thinks its normal to have boys in his bed on a regular basis.

I don`t care if he did or didn`t; that website is just wrong. Anyone who compares this case with MLK Jr, Mandela, and the Berlin wall should be shot.

Oh, and the Berlin wall had nothing to do with Russian/Soveit freedom, it was the freedom of Germans living in Eastern Berlin. It was the Soviets who put the thing up.

Just because he was found not guilty doesn`t mean he`s innocent. The jury found some shred of reasonable doubt, that`s all. SICK. The guy is a freak. The poo he pulled was not acceptable for a grown man. Sleeping with young boys (notice there were no young girls?) and taking a shower with them, fondling them, drugging them. Sick f`er, man...

Everyone`s getting a bit off topic here, this isnt a debate about Michael Jackson`s guilt or innocence, it`s the fact that this website compares Jackson`s Not Guilty verdict in his alleged paedophillia case with Martin Luther King`s birth, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the release of Nelson Mandella, which is completely over the top, they arent in the same league!

Feh. I think he`s guilty, but either way it doesn`t matter. He`s definitly not innocent though. Anyway, I figure right now MJ could molest a little boy and get away with it because no one will believe MJ is guilty. They`ll just judge it as another attempt against him. Humanity is disgusting. As for the site, people need to stop worshipping MJ so much.

Innocent until proven guilty does not mean that some is ACTUALLY innocent until they are proven guilty. It means that they must be treated, by the courts, gov`t, jury, etc. as innocent until they are proven guilty.

    (1) Multiple victims testify to pretty much the exact same thing: Michael Jackson molesting them and offering them alcohol.

    (2) There are holes in Michael Jackson`s defense. At several times, he contradicts himself by saying something different than he said before, often proven on interviews.

    (3) Michael Jackson admits to sleeping next to the boys. This puts him in the ability to do such a thing.

    (4) Michael Jackson has paid off several families using millions of dollars to settle outside of court. They say to `protect his image`, but who wants the image of "I molested kids and payed off their parents so they wouldn`t say anything"? Hmm...

    (5) The only way you could fend off multiple victim testimonies pointing towards the same accusations (molestation, serving alcohol to minors) is to distort the testimonies and make them unbelieveable. Some lawyers (especially the more expensive ones) use this method when they see no other method to clear their client.

    Guilty.

Also, a juror must discard personal feelings and convictions, as well as any personal belief of the defendant`s guilt, when deciding the verdict. They can only take into account what happens in the court room and presume that the defendant is innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, you can`t necessarily blame the jury. One should blame Michael Jackson for not doing the right thing, and the lawyers for using unethical means to `prove` their client`s `innocence`.

Okay, I don`t care about MJ or celebrity trials one way or another, so I`m going to use this space to talk about something that just about every one of you is doing wrong. Child abuse is COMMON in this day, age, and country, and you need to learn how to recognize it better and do something about it on a personal level. The doctors have passed the buck and the police for the most part have, too. The teachers are completely swamped and it`s time that YOU did something on a personal and real level to turn the tide away from this B.S. I`m sure you know at least a dozen people who have been abused or who have abused their children. Read a book and learn the signs. Get up off your I-Am-Bored ass and EARN some of this luxury that has been passed on to you. Now I`m going to turn from the computer and throw up and cry. I would not be living like this if someone - just one person - had stood up and protected me from my father.

MJ is guilty. Ppl just need to look at the facts and the logic! here`s some! He slept with the childeren, he took showers with the childeren, he had an alarm in his room so it could warn him when someone was coming..hmm a little suspicious isn`t it? Here`s another thing he was acused of this crime before and he payed the family 3 million dollars to "make the whole thing go away" hmmm once again suspcious! need i say more? it seems only the fans of his music think he`s not guilty. i mean, like total hardcore fans. but i have a celebrity that i love because she is cool. well if she was on the stand for murder and the facts were against her, i would say she was guilty.

    NOTE TO ALL MJ FANS!
You can`t base your desicions on who you think is not guilty and guilty because you are a fan of there music or movies. sometimes you just have to see that they might of done this crime and they hace to pay for it.

Lady, isn`t it possible that he`s just a REALLY STRANGE nice guy who didn`t want to have to go through all this sh*t, which is emotional, expensive and tiring, and he figured if they needed money that badly, then he would just give it to them and never have to see them again.
Also: they went to him for money before they went to the police.
They tried to SUE him before they actually pressed charges.
    Suspicious? Hell yes.

only thing I have to say is....sad. he knows it`s over, we know it`s over, and the only way he can stay in the media is to become an old white lady and sleep w/ little boys. He doesn`t even care if it`s bad media anymore...just as long as he`s there. leran it, live it, love it boys and girls. Now we know what would happen if america could raise a kid.....yikes...

    Reporter, yelling at Michael Jackson:

"Michael, are you going to have another kid, or are you tired of getting arrested?"

what the HELL was that crap? Putting this DISTRACTION in the same category as the Fall of the Berlin Wall?! ...Insanity

I don`t get what the big deal is with this case anyways, who cares? there is about a billion more important things to worry about then MJ`s molestation trial.

Yipee, another grand media spectacle that has absolutley no relevance to anything! -well except for how screwed up things are right now.

It`s a big deal to most people because it`s a celebrity that`s on trial, and not just some common shmuck. People love seeing celebs cracked down for crap like this, and the media feeds on that desire. Specially when the celeb has the mentality of a 10 year old, supposedly.

You guys, its all about the money, the mom felt that she needed to destroy a mans life to get some money. NONE of you know the evidence and NONE of you has that right to go and pass judgments on him. I am not a MJ fan, but I do know that now, this man`s life, is ruined. It doesn`t matter that he was found innocent, he will never again be looked at the same....

beachbabe, I don`t think this trial will really change the views of people. To my knowledge, he was already in court once on child molestation charges a long while ago, so that mom really didn`t do anything to harm MJ`s reputation. It was messed up long before this lastest case. Add in how he dangled a baby off a balcony... Yea, he`ll really be looked at differently.

Every "rich" man has his day in court but they will stand before God with the same amount of money they had when they came into the world. Then we will know the verdict.

"Now I`m going to turn from the computer and throw up and cry. I would not be living like this if someone - just one person - had stood up and protected me from my father."

Thanks for making me laugh, I enjoy the suffering of others.

To the others: if you don`t like that clown got a `not-guilty`-verdict, then go to his house and exact your `justice` on him. Otherwise: shut up - nobody cares about you or your opinions - and accept that there is no such thing as justice in this world.

Thrasymachus was correct: Might makes right.

WOW!!! That website is making me sick!! Whoever decided to equate MJs acquital with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the freeing of Nelson Mandela ought to be taken out back and shot.

As far as his guilt.....Who knows what happened? Only the kids and Michael Jackson. Im no Michael Jackson fan, and in fact I wish he would just go away, FOREVER, but the kids testimony did not really hold up and the Mom was shown as a liar so maybe it did not really happen. Also the mother should share some blame, what kind of mother lets her kid sleep in a bed with a celebrity, especially one as messed up as Michael. Also have to remeber, the media does not always tell the truth.

So he was found innocent....WHO CARES!!! Im just happy to stop seeing it all over the news.

That`s got to be the dumbest, funniest site ever. If you make a superhappy introduction and a "this is a day in history" statement about your innocence in whatever crime you are charged with, more people are gonna think you are guilty. Not exactly a "day in history" though.
