I got no preference for white or black.. and slight preference to gay then straight,
I would consider this to be true in my case.. so I think the test was accurate. :-)

It was mostly based on the questions they asked and not on the study itself.

Well, that`s the point. They do that to make sure that you don`t develop a reflex, because that would make it very inaccurate.
P.S. I took two. Apparantly I`m slightly biased toward young people and stongly biased toward Jews. I`d really be wondering about this test if I was supposed to be biased against Jews.

Hang on. HARVARD created this moronic test? And they are supposed to be geniuses over there? My God. The only reason I slowed down or sped up is because I literally couldnt remember which side of the screen I was supposed to be indicating after they switched the related words and pictures around several times.

An absolute waste of time.

I took the fat-thin test, and if anyone else did, did you notice all the people were, shall we say, less than attractive?

"Theres really no science to it, its just a random conclusion based on your reactions."

Wow, I bet the folks at Harvard would love to hear that. You should email them.

Hmmmm that`s fun...I took the straight-gay test and it said I moderately prefer straights over gays. Which is weird, I don`t think I really do that much. Not saying I`m a lesbian, but yeah...

interesting results, but i think the tests were bullsh*t. Theres really no science to it, its just a random conclusion based on your reactions.

Yeah, um, it said that I had a small preference for young people. I know that I`m biased against them. All I see are idiots that don`t know about current events and self-righteous blahs... That test had to have been bogus.

Well, I`m white and I got a moderate preference for dark skin over light skin.

Your test results will be inconclusive if you take too long to answer the questions. They want you to answer without thinking slowly and carefully about everything.

That`s odd I`m black and I got: "moderate automatic preference for European American relative to African American" I also got: "moderate automatic preference for Light Skin relative to Dark Skin" That`s weird )-|

I`m not personally saying these tests are infallible, but it`s interesting to see what they judge your unconscious preferences to be. They`ll even test whether you feel bias against Richard Nixon over George W. Bush...
