I`m bored, so I decided to post this note for no particular reason. You may disregard this note, because it has not relationship whatsoever to this game in particular. Hey, thanks for the site, Justicca2. I guess I should have looked at it before I posted the note before this one. Took me awhile to find the right site though, `cause it was in Japanese. God I wish I was bilingual.

OK, that screen-shot site was the best!

The first one is, in fact, based on the music box, but the switch placement is counter-intuitive, in my opinion.

And the third one is based on the ANDES sheet music, but it appears that the sharp on the F is supposed to carry on indefinitely (making the other F sharp as well). Is that typical of musical notation? (It`s been so long since I played oboe that I`ve forgotten.)

the game isnt that hard..you dont really need to read the things that much..this sight is in japanese, but it has screen shots that help out A LOT! Also, on the left hand side, you can choose different screen shots for different things you will probly need.

DAMN YOU MUSIC BOX!!! DAMN YOU TO HELL!!! The slider game has distinct color areas to it. the bottom left is red, then moving up and right it becomes yellow, green, blue, then purple in the upper right hand corner where the hole should be. Ok the line goes right along the bottom 4 squares, up four squares, down one, left two, up one, right one, down two, left two, up three, right two. HOLE.

I found that after you have everything, if you keep clicking the pillow, a music box key falls out. This key works that thing that looks like a pink brain lamp, it is really a music box.

The first 7 notes to Twinkle Twinkle causes the VCR song to play, and it lights up the yellow bar at the top of the console.

The buttons to push:
1st and 2nd column: C (bottom white row)
3rd, 4th, and 7th column: G (3rd white row from the top)
5th and 6th column: A (2nd white row from the top)

The notes from the book, as JackRose noted, don`t do anything.

It is piano keys. They some how relate to the sheet music, but for some reason the scale is off. from top to bottom the white keys are bagfedc. The correct sequence should be C, E, Aflat, Fsharp, E, F, A. It doesn`t do anything though.

click on a ball then the ball next to it that you want it to jump. Work your way to a corner. It is the easiest way.

The VCR tape will tell you letter to number comparison with the vent wall. The picture numbers tell you where the colors on the mirror safe go. Use the legend you got from the VCR tape and vent wall to figure out the combo. Next is another puzzle that just looks dangerous.

Audio I can do, but i think there`s little hope of me getting that far! I`m still stuck on the first puzzle in the bedside table drawer. Which incidentally, seems to change if you set up the wall puzzle above the TV before completing it.

Slider puzzles have always been easy for me. They can be worked with a system, you just have to do one line at a time. This puzzle is hard because you don`t really know what the puzzle will look like in the end.

As for the light puzzle. I figured it out. I looked at the numbers on the wall and then at the number grid. Then I looked at the letters corresponding to the numbers and I came out with the following letters: O, G, Y, R, P, B. This corresponds with the Orange, Green, Yellow, Red, Purple, and Blue colored lights. It takes a little time to get the lights up in order, but its not so bad.

Beyond the color puzzle is another puzzle, this one appears to be some kind of audio puzzle. I hate audio puzzles, I don`t have any musical ear, and I can`t remember pitches. Anyway, I know "Twinkle, Twinkle" is played on the VCR, and there is that sheet music by the TV, these must be what is needed for the audio puzzles. I hate audio puzzles.

Rargh! Ok, I signed up specifically because this is driving me nuts. I can`t even do the peg type puzzle... and i hate those sliding ones! I don`t think i`m ever going to manage to do this, purely because i don`t have the patience to do the puzzles!

Btw, behind the mirror is another puzzle, it is a button that when pressed, activates 6 colored lights. I notice that the lights are arranged in a way similar to the numbers on the wall where you splashed the acid, so that must have something to do with it.

Now to figure out what`s with the number grid and the letter grid, I could have sworn that the grids were for the mouse puzzle... but then again, I thought the japanese writing was the computer password.

Ahh, behold the power of clicking everything over and over again. The mouse-beetle thingy is used in that small area between the bed and the desk. It is used on a wire there, which gets you a floppy disk. When used, the floppy disk activates the safe (hard to find area next to the right computer). The code from the marble is right, its just upside down.

This gets you a bottle of acid or something, because you use it on the picture on the wall and it will show you some more numbers on the wall.

I also noticed that a key has fallen onto the cardboard box from the desk drawer. This gets you into the last drawer where you can get a hammer for that mirror next to the door.

Plus, if you leave the drawer open and go to the safe area, you get AV cables for the VCR. There is a VCR tape in the bottom or middle drawer (I was clicking a lot, I don`t remember which exactly, SUE ME). When played, the tape shows another grid with a bunch of numbers.

There is another hard to find area. Between the bed and the TV-desk, there is a small area, you find a key there. This key is for the small box on the TV-desk. In the box is a piece of paper, put the paper on the table next to the microscope and use the pencil on it. This is the actual code for the computer. When you type it in, the printer prints out something with a bunch of squiggly lines. Put this on the above-tv puzzle and then use the box cutter. This starts a slider puzzle which will result in the mouse-beetle thingy.

Now what to do with that.

Well. I`ve got just about as far as Spindlewv. I can`t figure out the puzzel above the T.V. the letter one, or what the glowing stuff around the picture frame is. I`m assuming that the password for the comp is either the solution to the letter puzzzle or the letters on the marble. Well at least this one is challenging.

The small key opens the middle drawer next to the computers, you get a pencil. The brass key opens the drawer next to the bed. Inside the bed drawer is a mini-game kinda like the peg games at Cracker Barrell. When you win, you get to keep the ball, and the drawer opens and you get a doll and a remote control.

The ball goes on the microscope in what I`m sure is the combination to the safe (what safe you ask?).

Face the blank wall with the AC vent. Use the doll on the vent and it will open and you can get the paint chipper. Use the paint chipper on the wall, a little below the AC vent, it will tear and you can tear again to show the japanese writing that I cannot figure out. I`ve run through it twice, and the writing stays the same. If you turn out the lights, a word game shows.

Btw, the remote control is for the overhead fan, if you turn it on, you get a key that opens the bottom drawer of the computer desk. This gets you a picture that you can hang on the wall.

Well, if anyone can read japanese, I`ll get you to where I got stuck:

Starting off facing the door, look at the closet, in the upper left corner. Get a bar that makes up the shelf, open the box, get the computer card.

Face the TV (desk fan), get the screwdriver next to the CDs and the paper on the whatever.

Face the computers, use the screwdriver on the CPU, get the box-cutter, put the computer card in place. Also, get the almost-impossible-to-see power cord that is behind the set of drawers, click around where the line in the wall meets it. Plug the power cord in the surge protector. You can press the big button on the CPU to get the right computer to turn on. Put the paper in the printer if you so feel.

Face the bed. Pick up the pillow and get the key. Now click under the bed, basically on the floor. This will show you under the bed, use the rod you got from the closet to get the key.

continued....

Well, I`ve actually managed to get pretty far. However, I just found something that I`m sure is the password to the computer, but its written in Japanese, so I`m screwed. Yay.
