    You scored pretty much average, which is not good at all! The truth is, is that most North American`s are overweight so the average is actually a bad score. You can work on it by improving your lifestyle by becoming more fit and watching what you eat. Try going to a Nutritionalist--nutrition is 70% of the battle. Of course to sustain your healthy level, you need to incorporate some excercise such as weight lifting and Cardiovascular excercise.

    Lame quiz. Incorporate some exercise? I work out for at least an hour every day, sometimes two. But I do smoke and eat only one meal a day. And I could care less that I eat too many carbs :-P

    Well, looks like someone needs some work. You are bellow average and you need to get some excercise in your life before your thighs look like the ones in the picture! Start slowly by changing small things in your life that will last forever like parking further away from the mall, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking for 10 minutes a day, doing extra housework, working in the garden...

    Once you implement small things like that you can lose up to 10 pounds in one year--almost for nothing! Once you see the results you will be motivated to go beyond and implement a healthy lifestyle. Maybe implement a diet plan for a while and then start living healthy and excercise


    Ummm . . . . I`m actually underweight. )-| I may not eat healthy, but I`m sure as hell not fat.

    I got: 2.Average--with some work ahead of you Which makes absoultly no sense since I swim for over an hour and a half every day and watch what I eat... And I said that. Heh. If you need proof not to trust quizzes :P

    I weigh 125 pounds. Thank goodness for my fast metabolism!

    And I do walk at least ten minutes a day. My classes are far apart.

    This is just stupid--I scored "1. Get on the Treadmill, QUICK" and am yet underweight due to a high metabolism. I just eat unhealthily and rarely exercise.

    I overeat, I know that. I`m not fat though - I WALK to McDonald`s and back which is a mile away, look at that for excercise!!! Grr! I`m lucky I have a high motabalism, I love vegetables and I walk everywhere. But still, grr at the quiz.

    im always getting told 2 eat more and do less exercise and it only gave me the av. (2) score. some ppl can lose weight/keep it off more then other etc. and I think that should b taken into consideration
