It also depends on how you draw your 6`s. if you start with the curve weaer it intersects, it`s easy, but if you start at the top, it`s difficuilt.

I admit that my foot does want to go counter clockwise but if I concentrate I can do it.

I can do it easy, but that`s because I write my sixes backwards. It`s a strange habit I picked up a long time ago...

I`ve tried a few times and can`t seem to do it. Wow, that is weird!

I`m no psychologist, so I can`t tell you what motor centers are at play here. However, I do know this is just a test of coordination... same as rubbing your belly and patting your head at the same time.

Some people have no problems making different parts of their body do different things at the same time, some can do it when they concentrate (me), and some can`t do it no matter what they do.

It isn`t a sign of intelligence or anything, more so a sign of how your brain is wired up.

Pretty cool though, must say it got me the first couple times.

I was able to do that one easy... I guess that means either I`m not human (which I was last I checked) or someone came up with a theory that`s wrong.

I`m left handed and tried it the way it said and my foot went counter-clockwise every time, even when I concentrated! I tried it with my left hand and left foot and the same thing happened. Neat.

I could do that easily...which is strange because I usually have terrible co-ordination.

I saw that about a month ago and couldn`t do it, but now I can keep my foot going in the clockwise circle if I concentrate.

Well aren`t you all just masters of the universe since you were able to go against the theory?

I`ll fully admit that immediately my foot did start going in the opposite direction.

Ok, so we are all sitting at our desks drawing 6`s in the air and swinging our feet around. But I was able to do it if I concentrated on it. Can you pat your head and rub your tummy? LOL.

I could do it with my left hand, but not my right. I could do it with my right, if I drew the 6 backwards. I need a hobby.

Most people`s feet will start going counter-clockwise when they draw a large six in the air (with their right hand).
