and it is still more dense than water.


the reason it floats isnt solely because of the lighter sweetener, it is because of the CO2 in the can that pushes it up.

in tandem, the can floats.

That`s interesting.. No wonder when you have a cooler of diet and regular soda, when the ice melts, the diet soda`s always at the top.

...It`s just a matter of density. A steel-plated ship floating is a lot more fascinating than a can of diet coke.

This belongs on David Letterman`s "Will it float" thing.
