Link: Butterfly alphabet - It took 24 years, but someone was able to put together the entire alphabet from close-up photos of butterfly wings.

when i graduated high school and paid for my ticket to project graduation, they made us pick what name we wanted to use for our "special gift"... turns out, they gave me a thing that said "CARLI" spelled out with butterfly wings just like this. it`s really cool... my mom had it framed for me. wish i had a picture of it to show you all.

i understand the appeal of this, i do, but you can find letters in anything. what if i found letters on rocks... it wouldn`t take 24 years. probably take me a few hours. think i could make money off that?
